Just to let you know most of the beer here is pilsner which is just a fancy name for larger!!!.........difference between ale and larger is how it's fermented...... ales are bottom fermented lager is top fermented...........and regular beer here is 5% ABV

I did some work for Labatts years ago around 1990 when they started brewing Carlsberg and the difference is the yeast used in fermentation and some tweeks in the mash
