	Anyone had City, Liverpool and West Ham refunds yet (apparently processed 12/01) or an email about refund of the season ticket in full? As it stand I havent had either.

	I have been very critical of the club upto this point (late refunds etc) but fair play- this seems the sensible thing to do.

	They have just processed another 2 payments for me - which would be west ham and Liverpool (i was lucky enough to to go Man City). Payments have taken 3 weeks plus to be recieved once processed by the club though so not expecting anything to hit my account imminently.......

	I really hope they process the next batch of refunds in one hit - would suggest they process refunds for 5 games Man city, West ham, Liverpool, Arsenal & Villa - I know they had previously indicated 3 games but no reason why they can't do more after Monday's announcement). That takes us upto home fixtures until the end of Jan (this is a minimum expectation as we all know we are not returning anytime soon). Let's see what happens..................

	Well said, exactly what I wanted to say in my previous post - just didn't articulate it as well as you. As for the 14 day promise - what a load #hit that is. If I don't renew my season ticket in time the consequences are they will flog my seat to someone else, what are the consequences of them not refunding us within the agreed timeframe?

	Very much different to other, I beleive only 3/4 prem clubs gave sold season tickets. Free will yes - with the caveat of consequences if you don't (no longer retain your seat, no season tickets - no game).

	Phoned up today - had a go that no Man utd refund recieved. Was offered a full refund (for entire season ticket). Funny thing is i don't want a full refund as I will then lose my seats for next season (sit with friends). All I want is my refunds paid when they should be as opposed to having to work for them (by emailing/phoning on multiple occasions).

	Another day, another wait for the Man Utd refubd which is now nearly 1 calendar month ago😡 yet some fans still feel the club have done and continue to do a great job.............

	So, 14 days is up and I've still not had my man utd refund. Anyone else still waiting? Second refund im going to have to chase - not the pain free process I was hoping for.......

	Usually get the train and have a few beers but will drive this weekend. Any tips for anywhere near to the ground in terms of parking - coming from locks heath side.

	So, anyone NOT had a refund for man utd yet? Shows on website my refund was processed 03/12 but not recieved it yet. They are obviously processing Sheffield utd refund separately (despite previously saying both would be processed together) as website only shows refund for 1 game (assuming man utd).

	Because they didn't state that at point of sale - if they did, no one would have an argument.

	I state again: Dont think he's making a fool of himself at all. First we get told - buy a season ticket or you wont be be going at all, then we get told refunds will be issued within 14 days of not being able to go which is subsequently changed to 14 working days(on top of that why wait to reimburse for some of the games when the club knew restrictions meant we wouldn't be able to go?), then we get to go into a ballot only to find it has been weighted(again, not advised at point of sale). Oh and I have had chase 2 refunds - all in all an absolute shambles.
