In Hong Kong it is considered very bad in business circles to own or manage a failed company. This route his CVA will fail because the players won't walk. The cva fails because of the "greedy players" but he has put forward a workable business plan. So not his fault, club fails and he has the ground circa £5million profit, because it was never proven that he lent the club any money in the first place.

Been a professional smoker for 30 yrs.Stopped 3 weeks ago using niccorritte sticks. Started on 9 capsules the first day and have worked my way down to non yesterday. The advantage I have found with this method is you can boost the level of nicotine at high stress points through the early days of stopping. Some of the advantages so far are I don't snore anymore, I no longer have a throat constantly full of crap and I don't feel breathless doing slight excercise. And best off all you don't STINK of a dirty smoker:blush:

In 1979 I was camping in St Tropez with my parents and another family. We met a family from Birmingham who we befriended and one evening cooked a meal for all the three families. Whilst eating the brummie bloke piped up and asked " Eh wots thees yella peees". The meal contained sweetcorn which he had never seen before. Although it was a good few years ago I see no reason that people can even now not see certain foods through their sheltered life style/parents/upbringing. Some kids will know the full menu on offer at McDonalds where as some never see the inside of the bloody place. I blame the Parents;)

That was a strange moment. Cortese was very stand off from the moment of celebration when Nigel appeared on the podium. Not what I would expect to see after a great achievement by the Team/Manager. Making it to the PL ahead of the 5 year plan would have brought much praise and celebration from the day and I would have expected big hand shakes and hugging (man hug obviously) at this point. Although there was a good 10-15 minute delay from the Team leaving the field and coming out to celebrate with the Fans. Nicola may have already been down to see Nigel and have a hug and congratulate him. This may account for the some what unexpected greeting when they appeared outside. It could also be that Nic don't like Nige and this would explain Nige's comments straight after the game. I suppose there is enough for the Nic and Nige haters to get their teeth into.

i am sure the great british justice system will give him 100 hours community service and a £50 fine payable over 12 months. In general sentences are too leanient. (spelling)life is life and 15 years should be just that. Not eligable for parole in 6 yrs or what ever it is. There are too many do gooders social workers wanting to give them another chance. Lock the bastards up.
