There was a lot of aggro that day to be fair, if he was among the large group of fans waiting outside the away end looking for trouble then thats his problem, I can see why the police put the boot in. They even had to escort a group of charlton lads all the way to the station. It was all in good fun though!

The united game was f**king terrible anyway. I don't know why I even bothered to watch it at the pub.

It's not an attempt to trick them into thinking we get 30,000 every week! But I think it would impress them if 30,000 fans turned up to watch a **** team that is almost certainly relegated. They might think this is a club worth investing in rather than a club that is truly ****ed!

Fair point, they're not going to see a full st marys and think it's been that way all season, but they will question why so many fans who turned up against sheffield united last season have suddenly deserted the club.

We managed to sell out on the last day of last season when we were in trouble, surely everyone who turned up that day and celebrated championship survival as though we'd just won the FA cup care enough to come this time. Where the **** are they?!

Not sure about that mate. I'd rather have a club with Lowe than no club at all, which is a possible consequence of administration. To be honest I don't think there were that many people who did boycott because of Lowe anyway, because I don't believe so many people could be so petty that they'd give up supporting their football club because of 1 individual. It was probably more of an excuse for not wanting to watch a struggling team.

That's the real problem. Even if all the other results somehow go our way we'll still **** it up.

I think Saga should have started. Also they probably don't really give a toss as very few of those who started will be here next season.

That would be very interesting, as going by games this season where the pressure has been on them and everyone said we have to win this one, I would say no we'll probably lose 3-0. However, if it really is a genuine make or break game they might respond differently and actually come out fighting. A bit like last season - even when it looked like we could go down they still played **** until the last game when it really counted (with the exception of bristol city).

Pearson made some good loan signings and did well but stern john is the reason we didn't get relegated last season.

According to our official site they've now given us unreserved seating in the lower tier, so I guess we have the whole stand.

According to the OS it is. I suppose they wouldn't have time to send any more tickets out and then sell them on, they should have given us more than 1000 to begin with really. The west stand holds almost 8000 in total apparently so even if we only have the lower tier I would guess another 1000 should be available.

Must have sold a lot yesterday, it says we've sold the initial 1000 but we can pay on the turnstiles so I'm guessing there should be at least another 1000 or so available if we've got the whole of the west stand/lepping lane.

Does anyone know if we've sold out our allocation for Hillsborough on the 18th? I went to book tickets online but its not listed...
