Its not plausible since part of it us supposedly trying to sign a third quality rightback.... The rest I can't judge but I'm not really counting on that being close to the truth.
-
How does this sound plausible. Us being after Janmaat is just ridicilous. He's a rigthback and without him we already have a luxury problem for that position.

Guidetti was brilliant under Koeman at Feyenoord, perhaps even better then Pelle. Feyenoord were more or less a one-man team the season he played there. I vividly remember him singlehandedly winning Feyenoord - Ajax that season (and hating every minute of it). Would be a good aquisition in my opinion and after not playing that much the past two seasons he should come rather cheap?
-
I guess I should have translated that last sentence..... "With Pelle and Tadic it [our squad] looks good but we need another four to five additions."
-
Haven't seen this article posted anywhere yet but in the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf there's an article about the Koeman-brothers and their project here. Its an interesting article all together and worth a read but the most interesting sentence is the last one. I think we all need to calm down a bit and wait who these 4-5 are before hitting the panic button.

One year left on his contract and doesn't want to extend. Training with the reserves at PSV. After starting last season very well he was awful for the second half not getting in a rather bad PSV team. I'm not sure I'd pay 6 million for him, seems to be a bit of a disruptive influence aswell.

Pogba to Juve?

Who's the one doing the excessive arm-waving on the right of the screen?
-
De Vrij only has one year left on his contract so naturally Feyenoord will be willing to sell for the right price. Clasie has reccently signed a new contract and will probably not be sold in the summer unless there is some serious overpayment. The same goes for Blind, he's contracted for several more years and is guaranteed Champions League football at Ajax (whereas Feyenoord have to qualify and probably won't make it because of that). I would love to see de Vrij at Saints, and if its true that so far only Lazio have made a bid we should be able to compete, but if bigger clubs come in for him like Manu then I don't think we have a chance).

Voetbal International not a reliable source? Sure they get stuff wrong every now and then but they're a serious media outlet. I'd but them on a par with SkySports for reliability.Maybe the 8 million euro fee is wrong, Ad.nl is reporting 10 million, but on that could be the difference between a fee of 8 million with 2 million add-ons.

Pellè wasn't really living up to his potential until he came to Feyenoord. -

He's a journo that writes in English but is an expert on Dutch football looking at his tweets and articles. Here's an article he wrote about the state of Dutch football.: http://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/why-dutch-football-unpredictable-domestically-and-unproductive-europe -

At least Man Utd went for a "sure thing" by appointing a "proven premiership quality" manager last year.... There's no gaurantees when appointing a manager. The nearest you can get to a guarantee is appointing a manager that had success with a similar stature club with similar type of players in the same league and even then it can become a gigantic failure. Koeman has had success at 3 different dutch clubs and at all three has used their youth teams very well. He's not been as successful at Benfica and Valencia but did manage to win a cup in Valencia in a difficult situation (transition period for the club, he benched some of their stars from the CL finals they played for younger players). I was a seasonticket holder at Ajax when Koeman was manager there and even though he has his faults he's a good coach and I'm more then happy he is at Southampton now. -
Bid accepted according to Ad.nl
-
Would be a good buy and an absolute steal for 12 million euros. Not sure where Koeman thinks he would play though since he's a left winger/left sided attacking midfielder.
-
To be fair he plays most his matches with Suarez.
-
Dutch media are picking up on it too though they are referring to media in the UK.
-
We should sign Stekelenburg from Fulham. Should be available on the cheap and has proven in the past he is a good goalkeeper. Besides that he is quite good with his feet from his time at Ajax.
-
Judging by the rumours we'll have a band of brothers playing for us next year.
-
That was sort of the point I was making. Due to a tactical switch he was good inthe second whereas he was poor in the first since Hangeland had him in his pocket.
-
Moving Rodriguez to the striker position, Lambert in behind and Lallana to the wing was a stroke of genius from Poch. Rordriguez kept both CB's busy with his movement pulling them out wide whicch created space for Lambert and Llana to work their magic. Lambert didn't get a touch because his strengths were nulified by Hangeland. Very good 2nd but the 1st was poor aside from the first 10 minutes. Wanyama didn't have a good match and Lambert looked totally of pace in the first. But lets focus on the positives which is three points and three goals.

Not only did we take points off them we also did it with Gazzaniga in goal!
