  1. Sounds exciting.
  2. In Rolf Harris news, I can remember a boozy evening in Caersws watching Caersws play Aberystwyth. We were very drunk and sang a number of Rolf Harris songs. It was fun.
  3. You may or may not have a ghey problem.
  4. Tonight: Quick beer after work and then boring night in as I'm bloody knackered. Tomorrow: Reading. Get drunk. Fall asleep on sofa. Sunday: Play football with hangover. Pub. NFL.
  5. Should I go for a pint in this particular hostelry?
  6. Yup, although I will go off for a wander around town - don't want to spend 4.5 hours in the same place!
  7. Damn, a whole 6 minutes before me! Hope the 3 Guineas opens at 10am as good place to meet people!
  8. You could, perhaps, put it on this thread for all to see. I do enjoy a good picture.
  9. I didn't know matchs were legal tender. This is excellent news.
  10. Also when you give them odd bits of change so making the change you get a nice round figure, they just look totally confused.
  11. Start playing darts. Good way to boost basic mental arithmatic skills. FACT.
  12. It's a completely impractical one. Free movement of people to ply their trade is one of the most important, best and strongest aspects of the European Union. It has been of great benefit to the continent. The fact is that the vast majority of people have come here to work, have worked and added to the economy, and are a benefit to us. Do you think there would have been an influx of Polish plumbers if British plumbers had been 10 a penny? Of course not. There are jobs here for people and they have rightly taken the opportunity to come here and fill them.
  13. But it is a well known fact that Brits emigrating to Spain are ruining their healthcare system. They are taking from it and not contributing a penny. It's not "signing-on", but it's the same difference.
  14. The ground is 3 miles from the train station.
  15. According to the recent TV programme on this, as mentioned above, the wage being offered was in the £16-20k per annum bracket, which is what I currently earn and am able to survive. The issue is British people think that they need Sky TV, a wii, and beer money to survive, whereas our immagrant workers are happy with a roof over their head.

  17. I suggest that you cannot read, as this is exactly what the poster I quoted said, and my post was made in direct response to him/her.
  18. Why are you going to limit the workforce at a time when this country needs to try and produce as much as possible, especially to export, to be able to stimulate the economy? Also, no-one is "losing" their job to someone coming in from abroad. There are also now cases where Eastern Europeans are moving home, and companies (ranging from fruit picking to bus companies) just cannot get the staff.
  19. Leaving Bath at 0913, get to Reading at 1010. Will start in Three Guineas (hopefully watching RL World Cup Final) and then move on from there.
  20. lolz. Bloody long walk that'd be.
  21. Hahaha. You are an entirely deluded individual with no idea what you are talking about.
  22. Never thought any of this. In fact, Barclay's call centre is based in Sunderland, I can understand them less than any Indian call centre I've ever had to call. Unfortunately, people are being allowed to believe that all the above is true and happening, when in reality it isn't. That is what is wrong.
  23. They sell them in a specfic order for away games, it's not as if you get a choice. Hence, you are always able to get X together. Unless they sell out and find the odd one left, which very rarely happens. The fact you can get 3 together is an indicator of nothing.
  24. http://www.bethere.co.uk Very good broadband service.
  25. I have finally done the stupid maths one (well I guessed the final letter!). Now on 11!
