That’s the most worrying thing. We aren’t playing the right way, not even close. With the formation and personnel it should be high tempo pass and move on the deck. We are low tempo, static and float in high crosses for small or isolated/outnumbered striker.
We provide so little entertainment. Same dour risk free tripe each week. We are playing not to lose and still losing. That’s failure. What’s the point.
Never mind lads, we can enjoy the “Romeu says we need to be braver” article on Monday and then our super duper forwards blasting in goal after goal vs our keepers in training. That’s what it’s all about!
What was that free kick. Apologeticly floated up.
Then a real chance to score, a confident player surges into the box and buries it. I don’t like the body language of our players, look utterly defeated.
In the delivery room:
“Holy **** look at that ****!”
“Umm Dr. You should know better to use the medical term “vagina”, but yes there has been some tearing.
“Actually I was referring to the baby”
“Baby Heisenberg, what a cute name”
Now THAT is the kind of ball our midfield should be playing. It’s so simple. Instead we feed it out side, slow it down and then swing in a high hopeful cross. This has 5 or 6 nil written all over it.
Reckon we could stay out during half time and Long, Boufal, Tadic and Redmond would just trip over each other and not score. This season has been one long boring toothless match.
