Good points there. What I have noticed is the incredible togetherness and team spirit. Every time a player nullifies a dangerous attack and puts the ball out, the Saints players nearby will high five him and pump each other up, increasing their focus for the upcoming corner or throw in.

I think Chelsea must have rubbed off on us, our passing at times was unplayable. Only down side was the wastefulness in front of goal. Big Vic was absolutely amazing, strength, power, composure, skill, vision and swagger... Tadic looked better, Davis lively game Toby and Fonts were excellent. Bertrand very very good, liked Gardos up until the rash challenge. Finally we beat Arsenal... What a great start to 2015!!!

Fuk he could have walked it in, what a miss...

Amazing curl on that! Wow! That and Wanyama's piece of skill, cracking game this!

Hmm doesn't seem to be on NBC Canada. Got to love the Swansea love in on here, NBC decided Saints are more interesting, just enjoy it. Never understand you contrairians, always looking to find fault in something, I swear if we somehow finish 4th you'll be flooding the board with, "oh but look at the points total, lowest ever to get 4th", or "Only 2 teams played well all year, let's wait until Spurs, Arse, Liverpool are really playing".

Dean Richards or Michael Svennson for me, though if we can sign him permanently then I think he will usurp them (IMO)...

Sounded great on the tv. Commentator commenting on the wall of noise Chelsea had to face...

Great performance against assn excellent team. They put us under enormous pressure but we kept them at bay. I thought Pellè had a good game coming back to win balls with his back to goal and laying off well. He was getting kicked and pushed a lot by their center backs. Ref was awful. Every Prem ref seems to be whistle happy falling for every dive but then not give clear cut ones for the fouls buy a big team. He got the penalty decision correct though so I will give him that. I watched it a few times and it is clear that Fabregas went looking for it and went to ground making sure to tuck his leg under Targetts outstretched leg (target slipped as did a few Chelsea players in that part of the pitch). Really pleased with that point as I thought they might have got one in stoppage time at the end, ref went over a minute past the 94. Wanyama. Fonte, Toby excellent today, as was Morgan, shame he had to take one for the team at the end. Bring on Arsenal!

Was just logging in to ask this. Will he deffo miss our game? If so that is great as I thought that without him, we should have got out of the N London with a 0-0 draw.

I'm going to wait until we get to 40 points...

Squad rotation baby. Well done Mané!

Found it! Sports club stats has us 23% chance to finish 4th, 20% 5th, 14% 6th. That was before the Everton game though. http://www.sportsclubstats.com/England/Premier.html

Think Merson wrote this, most if not all games are clean sheet home wins, no 2-2s very few 2-1, no 3-2s etc. Rather bizarre set of predictions there. There are better sites, can't for the life of me remember the name of that one that simulates the game outcomes several million times and then uses the most frequent outcome. Anyone?

Looked like a Nazi salute wtf???!?!

Our very own Jimmy Case!

Wow, that was big of you.

Poch fielded a weak team vs Sunderland we lost; forum experts complained for months that we should have played best team and gone for it. Koe played strongest team vs Sheff u we lost; forum experts complaining that we should have put in the youth team. Conclusion: forum experts are a shower of cvnts..

We get so many corners, can't remember us getting a decent chance out of one this season, let alone scoring...
-
Chesterfield all over again...
-
This is our best team. Pellè suspended, cork injured, Tadiç and Davis carrying a knock. Who else would you have selected?
-
We'll lose this it's our soecialty, remember Chesterfield etc.
-
Doesn't matter if we play well but lose. We get. 0 points and it doesn't change anything going into there next game. Played well vs Are, still lost to Utd, played well vs Man U, still lost to Burnley. Have a feeling we will lose against Sheff Utd and then beat Everton.

Reminds me of when Newcastle tried to shoe horn Asprilla in and it cost them the title.
