Wow that's a great time for a first HM. My first was 2:06 but I have whittled it down to 1:41 over 8 years. On the cusp of a sub-1:40 now but my training this year hasn't been great due to the crappy winter we've had.
Races for 2016: 10 miler this month, 10km and the Ottawa Marathon in May. Perth Kilt run Marathon in June. Later in the year: 3 HM and a 50km trail race (my first ultra) with a smattering of 5km races.
