Jan is doing what Lowe has hired him to do. It's typical Lowe - everyone else plays 4-4-2 so Lowe wants saints playing different because Lowe knows better than everyone else. The same goes for putting out a team of kids - it's Lowes master plan because Lowe knows better than everyone else. It's not a financial decision, **** me League 1, League 2, and the Conference sides have a mix of players - just cos a player is over 22 doesn't mean they can't be brought in for free or on loan and paid the same, or less, wages than our team of kids. Our squad is crap. For the last few seasons we've been underperforming with the players at our disposal, now we're not underperforming - the players are giving it their all but the truth is that this is not good enough. Our first team squad is basically a bog stadard CCC youth/reserves side. I'm not even sure we'd be able to survive in League 1 with the players we've got and i don't think we'd even challenge in League 2.

Yes i quite agree. I was hoping for a crowd of around 16,000 thinking Bristol would bump it up, but getting under 15,000 was a pleasant suprise. Wolves next week would normally draw a good crowd and they will bring a fair few so if we can keep it under 16,000 it'll be a result. LOWE OUT
