If Pinnacle take over they should ban him from St Marys for life. If Mawhinney is public enemy number 1 then Jacko isn't far behind. It would not surprise me if he isn't behind the FL's actions.

Possibly, but if it was me i wouldn't compromise if our lawyers had a water tight case. I'd fight the FL and wouldn't stop until Mawhinney was forced to resign. The ultimatem from me to the FL would be either they drop the 10 point penalty or we'll force them into an embarrassing climbdown.
