Marc Jackson is fly by night chancer that has absolutely no chance of being part of a deal to buy SFC. That is the top and bottom of it. All he's doing is delaying the sale and costing the club money because of it. Fry won't mind Wacko Jacko doing this as it creates phantom competition, but let's get in the real world - any real bidder will have heard of Jacko and will know what he's all about so will discount him. The sooner Fry realises that using Jacko is a waste of time the better for us, but in the mean time he's convenient for Begbies in that it means the administrators can milk a bit more money out of the situation.
