so they're going to stop giving them when they're on the very doorstep of moving back up to the CCC and regaining some TV money, about 4 million per club per season or so just now. I don't think so. The only way we aill get into the top 6 this season is by winning 15 of our remaining 16 games, so 2 more muddy pitches and we're f*cked.

No-one is going to jack in a job in a higher division to manage Saints, which is probably why Pardew is manager. When he eventually gets the boot, which he will, we will take what is available among the unemployed or managers in our own division or lower.
-
I doubt if we would be good enough for any of them though. We're in the 3rd Division don't forget.
-
they were probably red and white but his mum is crap at washing.
-
Still it's quite relevant really, same problem, different match.

Danns will move to QPR with Warnock along with a couple of others. Probably already knew that when he turned us down (or so they say)
-
If you listen to what AP has to say about last night's game it means no Morgan,no Connolly and probably no James, AP says he doesn't know when they'll be back but rules both Morgan and Connolly out for Saturday. Seems a bit strange though.

Another Winger Surely Not Alan Pardew is keen on Albert Adomah

we could at least try playing the players we do have before we sign anyone else.Looks like Morgan may be out for a while, James has already missed the last 2 games so instead of tarting about with Wotton in midfield why will he not try Gillett and Gobern at least and put McClaggon on the bench.Last night's game was probably perfect for Gillett, bad opposition, bad pitch would have suited his scurrying and harassing style down to the ground.I'm not Gillett's greatest fan but I don't see that we could do any worse by playing him with Hammond in midfield against poor teams away. Doncaster seem to have dipped a bit since he's left there, maybe circumstantial though. -
just don't look at the thread anyway.

I doubt that even 80 points would get us into the play-offs. They are long gone, since the 3 disaster away results, Brentford,Exeter, Millwall. To stand any chance whatsoever of making the POs it needs just 1 thing..15 wins and 1 draw.
-
probably because we'll be losing several ourselves.

If P*mpey get wound-up on Friday :Poll:

yes planar geometry was never my strong point. Good job I'm a physicist then;) -
Depends what our side will look like I suppose and who's managing it. I want just one thing for next season's automatic promotion...get rid of Lallana. to me he is an absolute waste of time and space because he misses so many chances; he did last season, he has this season and he will again next season. It is no use the other 10 lads creating rare chances in tight games like last night's for him to either blaze them over the bar, scuff them straight at the keeper or put them wide of the post.
-
Looks like he may be going to QPR...with Warnock and anyone else who's any good at Palace.
-
Rickie probably sees himself as Wayne Rooney or C Ronaldo who both have a tendency to drift wide, trouble is they're both always where they should be,when they should be, Rickie hasn't quite got the hang of it yet..
-
Huddersfield have a superior goal difference though, we'll need to correct that by thumping them 5-0 or something like that.
-
Just been reading through AP's piece on the OS, no Morgan and no Connolly for Saturday and he doesn't know for how much longer Morgan or James will be out..
-
Chairman says it is....still what does he know.
-
Above all a player who's just 20.He'll be off in the summer anyway.
-
Still best not have Schneiderlin in the side if he gets up to "antics" eh.
-
We missed what 3 open goals tonight? that's why we don't win these games because we have a 1/5 chance conversion rate.
-
Merrington laying into the team big time.

We can't play on bad pitches, don't ask me why, we just can't. Bad sides always drag us down to their level. Why? because without Morgan we hoooof from the kick-off.We have 1 valid midfielder and when he doesn't play we go route 1. Why will AP not play Gillett or Gobern, they just cannot be any worse than Antonio on a bad pitch or Wotton in any conditions. I really do think he needs to explain the Gillett situation to the public.
