  1. yes that's called an entitlement.
  2. But as Mrs Woody has explained to us the timing isn't under scrutiny. It's the number of tickets per customer entitlement that seems to be subject to a possible correction. You'll get your ticket anyway provided you have just advanced the purchase of your eventual entitlement. If you applied twice or thrice successfully then I guess you may be in for a wee bit of disappointment, or not even be aware that you in theory got 2 or 3 tickets. As I said on another thread the other day there may be a few surprises when tickets start hitting doormats and debits start hitting bank accounts.Especially for delayed debit systems.
  3. So a total demand for 51000+ tickets, amazing
  4. Pretty thirsty motor you've got there Yorkie. Good gesture though, a 9£ premium for a ticket when plenty seem to be willing to pay 125£ on the old ticket exchanges seems reasonable.
  5. which is exactly what I preclude in my statement by saying "if what you say is true".Mrs Woody tells us that she has "heard" something which will make a big mess and I wouldn't exclude the TO (perhaps at a higher level than you have spoken with) clamping down on illicit (if that is the word) ticket buying by clients who had not the right at that time.I don't know, I don't run the ticket office or the club but if they want to let fair play be seen to exist then no action can be ruled out.
  6. Just repeating what the boss man said though.
  7. If what you say is true then Mrs Woody it sounds as if it could be a right shambles and we shall have several more incredibly eloquent, really p*ssed off threads in the near future. If the TO have really done this, well good on them.I presume they have detected a flaw in the system and tracked back on it's exploitation. I still don't doubt that there will be a raging black market in tickets very very soon, the number of regular match goers against the number of tickets sold and the number of "disappointed" just don't add up.Shame on anyone who lines their pockets just because they can.
  8. That would be the Lallana who has been ticked off by AP because he was crap at Tranmere then. AP certainly likes to tell it as it is in his pre-match interviews; well within reason I suppose.
  9. April 1st is still a few days away.
  10. pity he didn't sh*g Terry's Mrs whilst he was at it.That man would be a real folk hero.
  11. go to my post 7 (I think) you'll see the original quoted which has now disappeared over the hills and far away. Deano was hacked off because he didn't get his tickets but he really did etc etc etc.
  12. Britain really is a sh*t country these days but what do you expect with a gutless socialist government.
  13. What you still have to physically sign on in the UK? Unbelievable . Even in medieval France apparently you just have to log on to their site once a month and tick a couple of boxes and bob's your uncle, failing that you can call a toll free number and punch in a few codes.Making benefits beneficiaries actually turn up in a squalid shack off the High St should be reported to the human rights commission. This let's the "Pole Emploi" people get on with what they're supposed to be doing, find jobs to suit people and people to suit jobs, not that they're all that good at it if you go by the press.
  14. And you may well ask, the thread now makes no sense because half of the original post is missing, not that it was particularly lucid in the first place mind you..
  15. The 4 horsemen of the apocalypse
  16. at only 25£ but without all the trimmings usually attached. Can't say the club aren't doing their best to find room for as many as possible.
  17. do they do strings for contact lenses, cos if you drop those buggers you're in for a bit of "quatre pattes" as they say around here
  18. Number 5 should be easy to find, don't get many mauve blokes round the SO postal district nowadays. Number 1 looks right hard though, reckon my sister could give number 3 a good kicking though and probably did in the school playground.I never crossed her that's for sure.
  19. Did you get it from LLS,if so wouldn't be so sure that there won't be a problem.
  20. He's looking for 6 on the "extra tickets" thread. Deano is probably a bored Professor of Egyptology at University College, London and business is a bit slow just now.
  21. Do you, or does your Dad ? don't extract the urite Deano, we have established that you have already obtained the tickets you need from the "borderline retarded mongs" at the ticket office.
  22. Indeed they do, well most of them anyway. some even sell replica kits but who'd want to turn up at their workplace wearing an Alton Town shirt I have no idea.
  23. nothing like a bit of deathcore to brighten up a winter's afternoon.
  24. Hmmm premeditated expatriation, that's a life stretch with no remission as a rule. You need to build up a stock of Marmite, Crunchies, Pork Pies and Vindaloo Paste, watch as much cricket as you can and learn the basic rules of American Football, it's often the only watchable programme on TV, unless of course you're a dead brain case who can take 5 or 6 hours of Man U,Chelsea and Arsenal every week.
  25. We haven't beaten Tranmere away very often either, probability and the law of averages don't seem to apply to football.
