You need to build up a stock of Marmite, Crunchies, Pork Pies and Vindaloo Paste, watch as much cricket as you can and learn the basic rules of American Football, it's often the only watchable programme on TV, unless of course you're a dead brain case who can take 5 or 6 hours of Man U,Chelsea and Arsenal every week.
