Anyway many many people on this forum thought that Gillett was our best outfield player last season, they drooled over Saganowski as well. AP has had no time for either one of them, so I guess someone somewhere has got a dodgy opinion of what makes a "good player".Fortunately we got money from Wolves for Surman ,perhaps AP wouldn't have had much time for him either.

Good looking starting 11, pity about the bench though.I expect Wotton to start with either Antonio or Waigo making way because if they're both there that makes a pretty indisciplined midfield.

If we play that team we'd be trying to lose.

Personally, I'm OK with Bart, I like his style.However he doesn't need to f**k up like he did at Rotherham last year.

Doubt it myself. You all like to think he will but he won't.It's not even about money, it's about recognition.

A guess of course;) Thomas will leave this January, he really doesn't fit into the plans and AP has already said we can't really afford him,plus I think he is out of contract next summer and will probably not want to take a major wage cut. Lallana will want away because ...well he will ,trust me. Bart is probably a better keeper (on his day) than KD, but he isn't in the plans,or at least I don't think he is. On the other hand I fully expect Saga to be still hanging around the place until June 2010. Nobody is going to pay him what we are so he might as well hang around and keep drawing his megabucks for another 6 months.If we want to get shot of him,well then we'll have to pay him off.

Not that many millions, not compared to Peterborough or Leicester, mind you their results were far far better.I mean compared to Leicester's last season our results must be considered as p*ss poor.

All the more reason to field a strong side on Saturday and hope for a plum draw in the 3rd Round of the FA Cup.We don't desperately need the money from it but it would certainly help to pay for "luxuries" like avoiding 7 hour bus trips to Hartlepool and Carlisle.
