  1. probably doesn't want to get crocked before international duty. He owes us nothing .
  2. but we are without Morgan, this game may just bring home to some fans just how important he is to the side. -Morgan+Wotton= a f*cking big difference
  3. In his piece on the game tomorrow Pardew talks about lack of results from the "second striker"/ If he's tallking about him then there must be one. I said at the time not to expect miracles from N'Diaye because he is a very run of the mill african footballer, which usually means inconsistent as f**k. You may note that some top sides have decided against the African Route at the moment, sure they're electrifying when they concentrate for more than 15 seconds at a time but they often don't.
  4. Sorry, I thought Harding was God nowadays so didn't dare apportion any blame to him.
  5. to date?? All I can see is that we need another 51 points or so from our remaining 36 games to just stay in the crap league. It's do-able but probably only just. We probably need to win 15 or so of those games and get 6 or 7 draws. Th margin for error has now become extremely fine.So we've won 1 out of 10 to date and that needs to change very quickly.Home draws are now no good to us at all. We need to tighten up the defence-again,because when we score 2 at home that should be enough. We need to get a proper right back in -now.
  6. the integral of e to the power of x:rolleyes:
  7. he was on trial somewhere the other day,Boulogne sur Mer (Ligue 1) I think. probably will get snapped up by them.
  8. Dogma is the name of the game.
  9. i think we only have 3 league games in November, so end of october is about the end of the line if we're not doing better, much better, by then.
  10. In fact it could go to minus 11 if (and that's a big if) Brighton were to win their game in hand.Imagine that 13 points behind Brighton and 11 behind Exeter after 10 games, meaning that they, the lowest of the low,had done better than us.
  11. What exactly has this season got to do with Rupert Lowe. He lost his deposit and moved on, we have a bloke with megabucks at the helm now and we're still walking in quicksand for the nth season running.Very few of today's side were actually here last season, there's a lot of new faces everywhere in the structure but the end result is still the same, 1 win out of 10 and 9 points out of 30.The Liebherr hand needed to go deep into the Liebherr trousers pocket and come up with 10 million to be spent on the side.
  12. i went out with one of those, made my d*ck rusty.
  13. perhaps today was the end of the beginning
  14. Probably a dab hand at championship manager 2006 or whatever it is.
  15. tell you what I'd rather have 890 million of debt and play like Chelsea to be absolutely honest.
  16. we are not sh*t, our manager doesn't know his arse from his elbow. That's the problem. And as none of our directors know their arses from their elbows footballing wise we are totally f*cked.
  17. internal memo to Mr Alan Pardew: when you take off players with talent and replace them with donkeys you get shafted 99.9% of the time.Even when they're tired and knackered they will still be better than the shîte you send on to replace them. Rule 1 of football management.
  18. I can run pretty fast though, for an old guy--well not that old
  19. for example ;)
  20. Not nice; it is bollix tbf Where's that mathmatical genius who was telling us that home wins and away draws were the crux of our season. His arguement is fundementally flawed in that we don't actually win at home too often. Me ? my theory? I'd sack Pardew and get someone with a pair of balls onto the job.
  21. Good, some gung ho attacking football for a change
  22. Holmes is a butterfly,no earthly good to you in League 1
  23. I have seen the real thing-twice-and it is amazing, but then he was playing with players of equal (or probably greater) ability and on the same wavelength footballing wise, all having been educated using the same techniques and stratagem.I feel that he has suffered from being here and the FFF believes so as well.Don't expect him to be here after January TBH.
  24. Because he's out of the game if the attack breaks down and the opponents come at us fast on the break. That's why central midfielders and full backs don't take corners, well not if the manager has any sense they don't.
