  1. Shows just how much Jan rates Rudi doesn't it. Perhaps he was only the squad last week because Rupert ordered Jan to put him in it.
  2. No wonder the gates at St Mary's are going down as well if you can't go and get paid by the Docks Board whilst you're there.
  3. Muffin the Mule
  4. What are you talking about, they're both on the bench If a defender gets injured I suppose Cork drops back. Our midfield would be very lightweight then though. If Rudi has to come on I hope he's up to the job, if not, boy are we going to take a bashing (so will the Rudi lovers tomorrow as well).
  5. Depends, we'll have to go for broke cos I don't think we'll be up to much defensively. Win 8-7 perhaps.
  6. I sure am,watched it in my cradle. Even 1 year olds could figure the plot
  7. They're all watching Crossroads or East Enders or whatever. Don't think they're be all that many at SMS tonight. 15K would be a result. Apathy and lack of cash are hitting hard.
  8. Top notch thanks.
  9. scored some goals for Dundee in the SPL, must be on a par with Rudi, although hopefully a bit fitter.
  10. Tonight's squad frightens me, I was horrendously optimistic-now not so sure. We'll do well to get anything without Schneiderlin or Wotton. I see the arlesien Svensson is nowhere in sight either. Come on Rudi, give it your best shot; you know you want to.
  11. Lets be having you:smt085:smt085:smt085
  12. is that the number Mr Fulthorpe told you to bet on??
  13. I don't think we do trouncing at the moment, any positive result will do though, even a draw.
  14. Doubt it actually. To his "group" and Wilde it probably matters little whether they lose 28p a share or 50p a share. Their money is history anyway so might as well carry on with the plan. Biggest loser is Crouch which ever way you cut it, he paid too high a price and his "cash loss" is now equal to or greater than Wilde's.
  15. Still it would be a pleasant surprise.Might be homesick up in those northern wastes I suppose.
  16. I bet it isn't. Wolves/QPR/Ipswich
  17. Well whatever, the only thing that strikes me is that this guy spends time chewing the cud with people he knows but little at Ladbrokes in stadium counters. I would have thought a guy with any sort of material substance would contact his "turf accountant" by telephone rather than hang about squalid stadium counters.Times must have changed eh.
  18. Apparently we've got to It it to win it-title of the latest piece on the OS. What does that mean exactly? the piece is talking about Lancashire-is he nicknamed It it?
  19. A squeaky bum 1-0 win for us I think.
  20. And quite rightly too, if you let morons, who just love to scream over the phone all day long ,run the business economy you are heading for trouble. I ran into a 'investment banker' on holiday this year-bloke was an utter moron.Couldn't add 10 and 10 without a box of tricks. He was about 40,his wife was about 15,third of the kind apparently.
  21. Made a couple of bob did he?
  22. Now here's where the confusuion comes from. There's John Cousins of Fairfield Homes who's a sort of pioneer in brownfields development and John Cousins of In-Tech who were at one time (and maybe still are) one of Saint's sponsors. Take your pick as far as I'm concerned, I know not one way or t'other.
  23. Nigerians have put in a bid,probably about 34.5p.
  24. That'll be handy, we'll be like Austin-Morris in the 70's. Clock on,p!ss off to the pub, have a few games of darts, come back to clock off.
  25. £8215.51 I think. Banks??? They're too busy saving their pennies to buy sick banks to lend money to punters. The odd share number would suggest someone has cleaned out.Fortunes are being lost on the LSE, it's not the banks that are going to bail people out, not without substantial equity.
