Wouldn't be my first choice either but I'd prefer him to Koeman tbh. I don't want Koeman.

For your average upper end footballer playing for a small(er) club with dubious ambitions then a move to a CL side with the salary that goes with it is indeed a dream move. Just cannot see why so many fail to see that we are now going nowhere and that our better players want to progress in their careers. We need to let them go, above all Shaw because clubs seem to be willing to pay far more than he's actually worth. Wait and see, this will backfire on us when they prove their real level in the WC.

He's British and Reed is choosing I expect.
-
last night certain show them as suspended, on previous oveernights suspended doesn't appear. http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/southampton/next-permanent-manager/bet-history/ronald-koeman/today
-
probably because they're suspended, temporarily or not I couldn't say.
-
Now what did Harold Wilson say, "a week is a long time in football", something like that.
-
Much sought after if you believe rumours, although those said to have already put in bids for him are only going up to about 8 million €s just now.
-
But then wouldn't clubs need to respect them for managers as well ? Obviously they reach a pay off settlement, might be the totality of the contract might be less but players can't just pay up their contract and walk away.
-
So the short list of 6 is a non-goer then ? I was looking forward to that being published actually.
-
Well yes but footballers oscillate between sick as a parrot and over the moon quite easily.
-
Certainly not, but medical facilities are freely available in Miami no doubt and the American owners of Liverpool would probably know exactly where to find them.
-
Why not Rotterdam at 18.10 then, does he not live there ?
-
There will be a free day or so in their programme before the real games start, players are usually at full liberty to do what they want in that time, within reason of course.

No the Bournemouth cut cannot be contourned by that sort of manoeuvre. We can do what we like but at the end of the day if they aren't certain that we've played fair there will be a tribunal valuation. We're stuck with it unfortunately, at the end of the day someone has to give them 25% of the correct fee. I am sure that when they were desperate in the days of Lifelong Xerox Salesman we could have negociated our way out of it but now anything less than a lot won't get the job done.

Ah yes Hulk, have you ever reflected on why his shorts don't split in the same way as the rest of his garments? I mean his jacket and shirt and whatever burst open but never his shorts.
-
Although not understanding any of this at all I'm sure that it will help us to play better football. However wronk means smell in the sense of stink,

And to be honest it doesn't reflect well upon this forum. Lad's had it with us, he wants European Football and can obviously see that he'll not get it here. He's 26, probably only got 2 or 3 more seasons at the top..

Hope it's not going to be like our search for a CEO then, interview a few and then appoint the tea-boy. Another association of distressed bookies benefit week then.
-
Obviously wants to start clocking up the add-ons for us at the WC. Other than that perhaps Bournemouth are desperate for the money, wouldn't want to see his old club go bust now would he.
-
Isn't he signing for West Ham ?
-
Armstrong looks to have stilll been at Boro when he first got called up but Mark Wright played for Saints for about 3 years after getting called up; Jeez what a golden age that was, no-one wanted to leave unless they had a bust up with Lawrie Mac. Today's younger supporters just don't know how good we were and why some of us just can't wait until we're that good again. We were nearly there, fear it's all gone tits up now though.
-
No doubt but I'm just trying to establish the sense of in and out.
-
Steve Williams, first England game June 83, left Saints for the Arse in December 84, so basically a season and a half after his first England call up.
-
Very confusing, now does that mean that we have received 17 enquiries (ie in) and made 7 (ie out) or vice-versa.

Hiddink replaces Van Gaal, isn't that it ???
