  1. Not really it's just a hashtag for peolple tweeting towards the end of their holidays. He seems to be in Barcelona right now.
  2. No no no, once we have fully changed the perception of the club they'll all want to come back for free, even pay us to be here.
  3. Thought that was Suarez, there will probably be others though.
  4. It will be Sigurdsson + money as likely as not because there's a bit of difference in their current valuations, probably about 5 million or so.
  5. yes it is. Aigu é grave è
  6. not really, just seemed to be getting a bit big for his boots to me that's all. I mean "until we seriously change the perception of the club which WE are trying to do" That to me says that he is now the official mouthpiece of the club to this forum.
  7. So you're the official club spokesman now then ?
  8. :rolleyes::rolleyes:
  9. So they play Sakho and Skrtel...won't change the result in any way at all..well probably not anyway.
  10. won't be, he wasn't in the squad for the game..no idea why. Then again neither were a few others, guess it was pretty random.
  11. I think most give Guan far more credibility than they need to, twas he who broached the 35 million + sales figure. However Les Reed did intimate that all funds received would be invested in making us a better club or whatever it was, that could easily mean paying off the bill for the training complex.
  12. Oh do come on, that's not the Green Bay Packers spirit is it.
  13. Well the old wives story says that ML wanted to make us a solid mid-table PL club but that NC told him that he couldn't settle for that and wanted CL football to which ML is supposed to have replied "do what you have to do". Sounds a bit Clint Eastwood to me but that's the story that went round 5 years back.
  14. How do we know what the fine print in those contracts says. The low valuation for Morgan's release that I see everywhere suggests to me (ie me, myself,moi-même) that there is a release clause in his contract. No confirmation of that whatsoever but the general consensus is that he would be available for only about 14 million £ and that says "release clause under certain conditions"
  15. I see that Bournemouth beat Dorchester 11-0 today, a fair few goals from Kermorgant apparently, might be a bit of a test for our second string defence.
  16. What questions would those be then? He doesn't want to be here, the board don't mind him not being and probably aren't paying him at the full whack so who gives a toss really. Just needs to be sorted out at the earliest possible and basta..end of.
  17. Article in the Echo about him, or rather his non presence, today http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/saints/news/11352384.Osvaldo_still_a_no_show/?ref=mac
  18. Perhaps for the money, people keep telling me players only leave for money, the old manager only left for money so why should Koeman be any different really. He needed a job, we had one to offer, perhaps he gets more than he did at Feyenoord, who knows. Got his brother a job and his mate..quids in ain't he.For the time being we'll just have to wait and see.
  19. Morgan is officially on leave until Monday 28th July. Now whether he's back in England yet I just couldn't say. He was at his folks place at Zellwiller, probably went on his hols though.,because that's what he said he was going to do. Go on holiday and leave all the sorting out until afterwards. Might be back soon, back to where I've no idea. As for tiredness, still trekked round Brazil for nigh on a month, training every day except match days.
  20. Now now, you'll be suggesting it's really MH370 filled with crash test dummies or other expendable folk any time now.
  21. doubt that, they want Wickham and Borini playing in a tandem. Wickham would cost us far more than we'd be willing to spend.
  22. Better than the yoyo principal anyway.
  23. Not to mention the floppy of bracelet thingys. My daughter had some like that when she was about 5. Grew out of them in junior school though.
  24. Indeed it is, still the club must be making a packet on that.More money to spend on transfers and salaries of top of the range players hopefully eh:smug:
  25. perhaps it was an accidental act of terrorism or bavure as the French term it. This will be another Syrian Chemical Arms jobby, everyone blames everyone else and all real physical proof will be destroyed leaving just the NSA's no doubt illegal evesdropping as all the "proof" that remains. They listen in and watch everywhere, when it suits people it's scandalous, when it tends to indicate that some unpopular person or cause has been up to no good it's the bee's balls. Trouble with the NSA or their offshoots is that what's published is so selective, it has to support the US cause or stance, no doubt they know what hapened to that other MH flight as well, but on that they're keeping schtuuum.
