I really don't think De Ridder will be a starter at any time soon.

It just shows how much these lads understand about English football. The idea being that at some fixed point in time you make an EPL of 20 fixed clubs for ever;no ins, no outs. Next they'll be asking for an annual draft of players from lower leagues to make up the numbers in their "franchises". System just could not work,in fact why don't they all just f*ck off and buy into the NFL.

Trouble is that when you actually get into government and see the real state of affairs you realise that you just can't change anything of any great value because of the pure enormity of the task.The solutions always seem evident until you have to actually put them into effect,then they don't work because no-one is willing to accept the severity of the medecine needed to cure the illness. If a country really wanted to put itself back onto it's feet then you'd need about a 70% tax rate across the board, stop handouts completely and work 50 hours a week for about 300£ a month after deductions.Sounds like China or Vietnam?....probably is.

Perhaps we should be afraid of some former West Ham sides, that Bobby Moore was a fair old player, he'd have won it for them all by himself.West Ham of today are really nothing special,that's why they got relegated and they've even sold a couple of players since then.

De Ridder replaced Chaplow,quite rightly I thought,Chaplow's lack of ball control was slowing us down at that time.Hammond replaced Richardson who'd taken a hit,thus Cork to RB and Hammond in the middle.

Perhaps sides aren't in the Top 6 because we've tonked them, difficult to stay there when you get beaten.
