in relative terms (i know those who back burley cant be objective over the issue) we spent a farking fortune...massive money at the time

in relative terms...we had it all the start of that season more so than anytime (bar a few seasons in the 80s) in our history... since when have we ever been the biggest spenders in our league in one pre-season in our entire history..? adding to an already brought together squad that was supposed to challenge for the top of the league..?

burley had it all...more than any other manager in our history in relative terms (bar a few years in t he 80's)

but we werent then...we were about to "walk the league"

no one else in our lifetime had the most money to spend in a pre season than anyone else in the division... do you think mourinho would have accepted 6th when he spent all that money..?

it fecking rained down most of the time we were there...was horrible.. must have covered about 75k in about 50 hours over them farking mountains.. then you have earlestoke at salisbury...did not sleep a wink from 4am on the wednesday until arriving back aroun 4pm on the friday and only actually sat down for that whole time (apart from the coach trip) for about 1 hour in total was rather fooked after that one...still, you know where your limits are after that course...

just what I have heard.. probably bollix as is everything else

the prices (so i have heard) will be(ish) £250-350 with extra loyalty reward/discount for those who have had one for the last 5 years+

Have heard that those of you that have had season tickets for the last 5 years will get some sort of extra discount this year.. those of you that did not have a season ticket for what ever reason (ie a lowe protest) will miss out on this "extra" discount.. dont shoot the messenger
