i wonder what all these players we have brought in cost the club.. im sure some would have commanded a loan fee...many we would have had to pay the wages in full or at least in part... add the money put down for scheiderlin... makes you wonder

fair point.. on a personal note...i was quite eager for pearson to go as I did not think he was much good.. was not conteplating jan and this stupid set up...thought we were beyond that..lol

i see what you mean..but to be successful in a league when you have better players than most does not mean he would have been much better here...granted would have done better than jan...but I would like to think we could have and should have aimed a tad higher...getting in a billy davies (who was available)..i know what you are getting at that pearson was here...but I would have been happy for change for davies if you get me I will of course eat my words if pearson emulates gary johnsons first season in the CCC next season (and im sure he will get more to spend than johnson at a far bigger club)..

jack hobbs is on loan from liverpool (as is martin I think) gilbert is on loan from arsenal.. they should be in for auto promotion with what they have to hand
