I have to disagree...it seems to be fashionable to say the prem is boring when you are not in it...the prem produces some of the best club football you are likly to see these days..some of the skill and technical ability is superb... as for 3pm kickoffs, who really cares? really? fans turn up or not regardless of the kickoff times..look at our situation.. you say you need all that to finish 4th...would that be pretty much the case in this league too..?? for ages I took stick at laughing at those who claimed that this league was fair etc? what makes parachute payments fair? it is still "big club heavy" and we were part of that.. if going to watch utter utter crud play for and against saints at 3pm ion a saturday is peoples idea of fun then I am happy to stay away.....

funny how burley spent a fortune in one go and stumbled into the playoffs despite having one of the best squads in the league.... yet dowie is rated as crap (by some) for being only 1 point from the playoffs and not spending as much?? 1 point from the playoffs was a major success for burley in the eyes of bournmouth saint and nickh etc

for about 5 mins... is that we had the great opportunity in our history to plant ourselves in the top 8 of the prem for a long time with the finances we see up there now...we had everything...england players, good defence, a manager we (and most of the country loved) good finances, and a taste of european football, a new ground with the potntial to be alot bigger all without a sugar daddy... we had the golden goose in our hands and blew it in the most spectacular fashion. I know it has been said again again, but THAT is what makes me so bloody angry about the state of the club...not the comings and goings....

im sure i remember dowie scoring about 3 goals in one season for us....even DMG will do better than that,,

after another key player has been let go (i do understand why to a degree) was I alone in just shrugging my shoulders at this news due to the fact I do not really care that much anymore? We are now on the countdown to when we say bye bye to Lallana....again, I doubt I will care too much.. oh well..

i could not care less if he went on to manage brazil...burley was cack for us, he is also a major part of the crap we are in and the crud we are left with...i mean, EUELL and the wages he is suposed to be on? it wont be long before he is sacked from his post now, FFS even one or two of his players have had enough of him already... sadly, I will take great pleasure in watching him and his scotland team fail...

from what I have seen (although not much at all this season) davies is one of, if not the best shot stopper in this league...he is/has been poor in commanding his 6 yard box and is liable to the odd howler.. saying that, by all accounts, he has been getting better this season which is only good news..

jesus... i was thinking of trying to consolidate my credit card bill and the rest of my car finance into a personal loan (a relatively smallish amount)... all i did was input a few detail on money supermarket two days ago...and since then I have been bombarded with calls and emails from companies (none of whom are mainstream banks) offering me money etc... some of which said that they had lenders who have approved my amount wanted and they require a small admin fee to finalise it...also, some gave me an 0906 number to call to complete the loan should I want to.. where the feck have these companies got their money from if the banks are holding fire for the moment? I think I will give this idea a wide berth for a while...
