with more and more high profile foreign managers revloving through the english game, the DoF role will rise and become more high profile than ever before..... have no idea if that is a good or bad thing...I guess it has to be judged individually on its merits with each club that adopts it...

they were talking about this on talksport...and counting all the european clubs with england in term of success domestically and in europe....team with DoF have been far more successful by a mile than those without.. I know it works more so on the continent but interesting no doubt..

but you would still have to earn success...regardless of how much money you get lets say we splashed 250m, like abramovic did in his first 2 years...they had won the league yes, but they also had the added bonus of man utd changing around a few players (which they do every 5 years or so)...to win anything in this country, with any amount of money, you have to earn it and get loads of luck along the way.. even pomey earned it last year and had their fair share of luck....their cup game at Old Trafford shows both of these factors... money just sets the playing field you are at....does not mean you will win or achieve anything...

I have power point 2003 also on disc...so will (for ease) install it and do it on there...

thing is...should we get taken over tomorrow by someone with money to burn then opinions would be very different and in full support of it....

Is it backwards compatible?? IE i do a presentation on Powerpoint office 2007, save it on a memory stick and plug the stick into a computer with office 2003 and use power point... will it work fine etc?? cheers

I would not say we are at out level...I think the very fact we DID spend that amount of time in the top flight in one hit gives us the right to think we belong there.. what amuses me is the fact that fans FAIL to see that clubs our size will go down..clubs bigger than us will go down and down further (forest and leeds)...but should that stop us wanting to get back to what we are all used to....NO... the way many are going about it, the blame, the boycotts, the crusades, the slagging off fans etc...is all (now) rather amusing..
