Ralph has all training sessions filmed. Once a week Ralph and all the coaches have a strict briefing from him , he then takes them for a few circuits and gets full feedback from the coaches. His BMI was slightly over Ralph’s demands for when they came back off holiday hence he was was kept here. For some serious training. He worked his nads off since , shown good attitude. Well done Callum and rather a nice bit of management by Ralph. All the players know where they stand. That’s the sort of manager I liked working for.

An event from today that I wouldn’t normally bother repeating. A certain player ( let’s say a rising star) returned for training . One of the first things they do is check body fat ratio which is set before they go on holiday. It was slightly over the level.It was immediately reported to Ralph who insists on knowing everything. The player was summoned to Ralph’s office and given a severe dressing down. They are very precise ( no shouting or swearing) but you are left in no doubt you are in trouble. The player was told he is , at least , going to miss the beginning of the pre-season tour and even worse he was going to be subjected to a daily fitness regime, much feared by the players. Ralph is very popular with the staff but everyone is aware if they don’t perform they are in trouble. Apparently he is totally focussed on the clubs success to an OCD level. I only repeat this to show the bed wetters that we have an amazing manager and he means business.

Ralph has said he is open to him staying . Going to have a sit down with him and watch him pre-season. I think he will flourish.

We are going to have a cracking squad, Ralph is also rebuilding the board. I’m really looking forward to next season but we should be careful of our expectations. A lot of next season is going to be moulding the squad to the Ralph way.

I agree and I don’t know what the fuss is about Ralph has said he wants a look at him pre-season.

We showed a French Goalkeeper around last week . He got the red carpet treatment . As someone mentioned you won’t see anyone leave until July. If Forster left now even for an amazing contract he would lose his seasons bonus. Rest assured Ralph will be bringing in 4 or 5 new players and an overhaul of the coaching team is being is in progress so they are on his very strict page.
