None of these address Reed leaving, Danny Rohl having a major bust up and walking out, Holjburg suggesting some players not giving a frack , Ross Wilson leaving, what does Nelly Gao do ?, our miserable line up of coaches Ralph Krueger was going to renew his contract for another 5 years. IMO there is a major infection within the club. Getting another manager or whatever won’t make a jot of difference. If you like or dislike any of the characters mentioned is irrelevant. WTF is going on ?

He had a quality coaching team there. Rohl and co. Rohl and Ralph had a ruck and Rohl walked. Now we have a rabble of a coaching squad none are fit to be there.

I agree but things havnt been right for a couple of seasons. Getting another manager is just papering over one of the many cracks. Something is seriously wrong all the way through the club .

Ralph isn’t happy because the players aren’t following instructions. Saying that he’s tinkering with the team at the wrong time. He said in a summer interview. He said it would be a tough season but we would see the benefits 2nd half of the season. I think he’s doing it the wrong way round , stabilise the team, strengthen the team in January then he can tinker around.

My theory for what it’s worth is Ralph is trying to build a team that can be flexible playing out of position. He made that comment during the summer that we could have a tough season but we would see the results next season. I kinda get that but the Premier League is a merciless League and he doesn’t have the luxury of experimenting most of the season. The players aren’t bad they are just confused by his decisions. IMO he should build a team that is comfortable with itself and then start tinkering about.

Agreed we are only going to get better. Harsh on Vestergaard he’s playing out of position as well.
