  1. Congrats you can cite the apocalyptic drivel of one random conservative MP. So I can my dog. Of course I’m sure you can point me to where in the 2017 manifesto it promises a class-led reckoning? My dog had difficulties with that one. It goes without saying you can’t read - otherwise you would have noticed I said I was very critical of the 2017 election manifesto. But as a descriptive point, comparing it to the Venezuela’s growth model is pure strawman nonsense. Next you’ll be saying that figures like Jim O’Neill, former Goldman Sachs Chief Economist who have actually praised aspects of Corbyn’s economic agenda, are full-on commies. Must try harder pal
  2. Don’t forget Natasha Patel who pulls the strings behind the scenes.
  3. Where have I defended Venezuela’s economic record or Corbyn’s defence of what’s going on there? And what does that have to do with the UK’s unemployment rate?
  4. How much of that is made up of part-time workers who want full-time jobs, inactive workers who would like to return to the labour market, and non-traditional forms of working such as the gig economy and zero-hours contracts? Asking for a pal.
  5. He had his arm up the whole time because he was prevented from completing his jump by Crouch’s shirt pull downwards.
  6. The first one was a pen.

    If true....
  8. No. Your arms come up when you’re initially seeking elevation and generating power from your trunk and legs, when you reach peak height, they come back down again and out of the way of the ball. Stephens was impeded mid-movement by Crouch’s pull - akin to image C. It’s basic physics. #mongboarderyatitsfinest
  9. Without the shirt pull and Crouch pushing down on Stephens, his arm is way up in the air and not the height of the ball.

He tweaked something in the warmup against Watford -some say it was the back of the knee; others say it was a hamstring. Either way had to be subbed just before H/T and ended up missing 5 games.
  11. No, no, no it’s nothing to do with Brexit. It’s all down to the decline of diesel. And gibberish about state aid for Slovakia and dodgy loans from the EIB
  12. We were better on the ball; but McCarthy was the far busier keeper.
  13. If Long's your no.1 striker (with Gabbi gone and Ings potentially out for a while), something's gone wrong.
  14. Because defenders use their arms for elevation nearly all the time. His hand would have been nowhere near the ball if Crouch hadn't climbed all over him and boxed his arm in.
  15. Crouch climbing all over Stephens - that's why his arm was where it was.
  16. Keep it between you and ALWAYS_SFC. Thx.
  17. Goal will now allow us to play our preferred counterattacking game.
  18. Weren't Burnley denied a pen in last season's fixture?
  19. Not if the ref decides to 'level' things up.
  20. Burnley off to a very fast start.
  21. Goa can't get enough of that passion. #hooked
  22. RH’s really working wonders with subpar material. Objectively, anyone at the start of the season would have raised an eyebrow at that side.
  23. Good old Fitzmagic with the 4-0 prediction
