We need to do something that so far has been beyond us. String a run of good performances together. If we can grab 6 or more points from those 5 games we could be a bit closer to the rest. Let's start with a win on Saturday please.

I for one am hoping that wotte can do the job and do it well. Whether we stay up or not is not the main issue right now. We want to see our team improving enough to show a fighting spirit and some character. With the system now changed we have to believe in miracles being possible. Let's have a good game against Cardiff and start to believe the target can be reached. We need to be able to win another 5 games I feel to remain in the CCC. I pray that we do this and then start next seasson with a team of players both stronger and better prepared for the fight ahead than this season.

I disagree. If Saga had played and we had been scoring and winning, Administration would probably not have been an issue. Good football would always bring fans to games IMO.

Though bad, we turned the goal difference around by 4 goals today. A couple of similar days will see us catch and pass our relegation threatened opponents with our goal difference improving. Hope springs eternal if we can beat Cardiff.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. My youngun gets really excited on matchdays just because he can see all the saints fans wearing their colours. At 5 he doesn't understand the ramifications of us losing all the time as we have. He just enjoys the day out. To him the beauty is in the colour of the shirt.

If Wotte keeps us up he will have to lead us to more than 3 wins in a similar timespan.

15 more points could be enough this season. That is just over a point a game and attainable

Maybe my english isn't as good as some. That said Wotte in his statement praised every fan watching the game. No mention of the few who chose not to enter after the march. Thus he actually seemed to include the marchers as the vast majority watched the game as well. "They showed their true character in the stadium and they were supportive" in no way, to me, is having a dig at the marchers. It could even be a back handed compliment if you look hard enough. The marchers showed their feelings about the board outside and cheered the team on like crazy. He is unlikely to say much against the regime now is he? I for one still have my doubts about his prowess but badly want him to succeed. Some on here seem paranoid.

Great result but Cardiff are next. We still tired in the second half though some of the pressure could have been fear induced. Another good result is required for us to start believing in miracles once again. Still it is a start and a good one.
