  1. Way to take the words completely out of context there. The player board relationship Id expect is based on trust that the ambition matches that of the players, or there abouts. And Id argue that the exodus was caused at least in part by the players developing a lack of trust there. As per whoever said the analogy of their mate earning double it doesnt work. At work you are on a rolling contract with legal protection saying you are able to leave and use your skills anywhere you want. A footballing contract is an agreement that for £X a week the club will hold your footballing registration, as required by the relevant authorities for X weeks. So in reality the club is in a stronger position then Derek the corner shop manager
  2. Its not a position Id want to be in but effectively Id rather say no, your here this year. There is no excuse about playing for a championship as the next is in 2016. Effectively they wont want to play badly as they need to keep up their profile. Personally I think that its the better of the two evils. As far as a midfield of VW, JC and SD is concerned its not as strong as any with MS. He will be a huge blow, more than losing any other player IMO
  3. I think there comes a point regardless of player posturing when the club says enough is enough for this window, better replacements or not we would have effectively lost our spine and most creative player. Now I know thats worst case scenario and we arent there yet but Id be genuinely worried about the season in that case. I get players are leaving because of cash and honours however the early signs of player unrest lead me to worry about what the relationship was between board and players, I do concede though that it now is seemingly calming down
  4. That was the least interesting part of my conversations on site TBH, again though Im not entirely convinced by the rumour or the source, it wasnt someone I usually chat to regarding saints who I know is ITK, the guy is just a club employee. Nevertheless I thought it was worth posting up Really hope we dont lose morgan
  5. He crashed his new range rover
  6. Saying that word at staplewood today is that he is gone, though thats not a normal contact and everyone is abroad. Also Lovren is potentially staying and Koemans already stacked his new range... Again, Im not sure if I trust the source, but is from staplewood today (koeman has stacked the range rover though, the tit)
  7. He really isnt. It would be a big fee and wages for a guy thats had roughly one decent season for utd, is used primarily off the bench for club and country and is nothing more than a poacher that has a poor return on goals in the last few seasons. He is getting on abit aswell. He isnt good enough and would cost a fair amount
  8. No its not and never has been, he has been left out as he isnt good enough, nor is he good enough for us
  9. Have I missed the closing of the transfer window ?!?! Crap I shouldve updated my sun dreamteam
  10. I hope tagart becomes our most influentially player personally
  11. I really cant see the logic in this post... Any logic....... At all ?!? So, to clarify, you believe Reed said we had targets that didnt include the two we have signed ? Koeman just picked them up with his 99p chicken mayo and despite having weeks of transfer window left you believed the signings should have been made imediately ?
  12. Van wolfswinkel is a big name
  13. Your a firm fave of mine bud, but I think this is a mental moment
  14. Id completely dissagree, losing remy and replacing with Riviere who blows very much cold amd janmat is good but I think debuchy is better
  15. I never thought norwich were all that great but in reality nobody new they'd be that bad !!! I wasnt one that applauded there recruitment overly either
  16. That has the potential to go either way really, same as Riviere (sp? Newcastle) Both potentially good, and potentially flops, all in all though WhU are spending well
  17. Olly lancashire Dire
  18. Whats this football manager ?
  19. Still going to wait till the end of the window before making a decision
  20. Without going too much into it I think its between 3-6 months before full integration, 3 months is full movement I think. As per the ligament itself it never transforms to a proper ligament, the nerves are torn and it will never send the 'stretch' messages back to the brain. However, I imagine it wont be a hammy op site, itll be a cadaver.
  21. Think an ACL is a tad worse than cartialage, although I did play around 4 games after I tore mine the second time around, a couple up front scoring a few and a couple at CB, though I played quite well it did buckle every game eventually (45-60mins) DT is right, it is a weakener, and pace killer IMO but then we are talking about the very top level here
  22. They'll be a committee and rightly so
  23. You cant force a move if saints arent interested, and saints arent interested. He was talking to Everton before the world cup, we haven't made an approach
