Its exactly this, in practice you just respond, tailor a letter you get off moneysavingexpert which politely tells them to **** off and wait. If they respond you threaten to take them to the industry watchdog (equivalent of ofgem etc) if they fail to rule in your favour (v v v v v rare) you may get taken to court. That never ends well for the parking company. Essentially if its a free car park (90min stay etc) they have to reasonably quantify their loss due to your overstay. Essentially if its free you can stay for 100 years and they've lost nothing. I tried it and won, but it does make you worry about it, your choice but read moneysavingexpert and make up your own mind.

Your an intelligent chap CB, you know what I meant, he certainly raised his profile but his technical attributes as a coach were always there. Im not entirely sure about this, of course there is a certain amount of him attempting to raise his salary, its just daft to not negotiate after the job he did. Im not sure he is just sat waiting on the spurs job though, its a bigger job then us of course but realistically its gamble, do well and it heightens his career, flop and he is back to square one, agreed its sort of still like that here but he will be a bit more protected. 'Hanging on to hear the project' not quite like that I doubt, but I reckon he wants to know budgets and ambitions, or else whats the point ? Id argue he hasnt had official word yet, hence the pointing at the boardroom he did in his press conference. But thats just me, Im realistic, theres better jobs out there and he wont stay to just keep us midtable IMO

Unfortunately we are going to have to put up with it, we have an ex chairman lighting the touchpaper under the media right now in an attenpt to destabilize. Shame NC was such a cretin as I for one think that he could have been an incredible chairman. Certainly he delivered some very positive times for me. As for Krueger, I like the fan friendly stuff I do, but like I said, without action it is meaningless. Abd it appears that Poch is under that same impression. Its clear to me he is getting annoyed at what appears to be a lack of direction. I dont agree with Poch looking to move, I think first and foremost he wants to stay but has not been given assurances. I get that, I hope fans dont start turning on him.

You dont just get rid, this is about assessing his position, you cant blame him for that. NC showed and supported ambition. We dont know what the plans are moving on with the new board. Besides, if Poch does leave it will because the new 'project' shows a lack of ambition, I really dont know who we would get in to just stabilise. Of coarse itll be a decent manager but at Poch's level ? Doubtful

Pretty much agree with Adrian, to keep your best players or to make any form of progression you need to show a level of ambition. Finding managers of Pochs level is very hard. And to sign players near Shaw/lallanas level of ability is nigh on impossible. We need to try our best to keep that intact, losing maybe one isnt the end of the world but a couple and the cards will fall down. As for Lukaku he is good but he isnt exceptional, he is massively overhyped IMO, Id rather go for Bony or Benteke

Im sure theres a lot of clubs that want him. Will he go ? Who knows, it wont be cheap and will probably hinge on whether the new regime pays for improvements to the squad or not.
