I am not at all fussed about it, after all there post count would still be 3 posts a day, if one is a thread it means diddly to me. I actually think it may improve it a little and make it more interesting. I still believe though that banning people for the sake of 3-4 old fuddy duddys that can't or won't use an ignore button is also to to the detriment of the forum. The points of view generation really irks me, i understand that those that are intentionally aggressive etc will be banned but those that use a bit of sarcasm and a few jokes ?? Surely not. What do these people do when they hear sarcasm etc on the street run to the old bill ?? No they ignore it, so why do they not just ignore it on here ? Unfortunately it is those people that you are trying to appease that are choking the life out of the forum IMO. IMO the forum is slowly bleeding out and tbh we need to get a bit of banter back, a bit of togetherness and stop with all the p*ssing and moaning. You could make money etc by doing competitions like the player sponsorship one, getting signed shirts etc and having people put a bit in for a chance to get something out. Also i know of some other teams forums that arrange forum vs forum matches when they play away (or at home). All probably very stupid ideas but this place has become a lot more boring in the year or so i have been on here, with interesting posters being castrated. TMS is non existant now as you pretty much are unable to post anything on there either, even under the terms of TMS. I understand you having to protect yourselves with libel etc, and that is fine, just delete them, or delete posts as you see fit and publically warn people.

Friday night, Gaslight Anthem. Well, they were as good as i knew they were going to be. They were just outstanding, played loads and loads of their big big tunes and didn't play anything that i didn't like. Only problem was that because of my recent operation i had to go in a wheelchair, and i can say conclusively that i never realised just how many ignorant people there are that clearly don't give a sh*t how difficult it is to move around in those things.

Its expected, if your not up for a ruck steer clear. I got absolutely battered by some mean looking american prison inmate when i was 16 at a Metallica gig, that hurt. I don't usually get involved anymore, just stay towards the back with plenty of space and within easy reach of the bar. Coincidentally, went to Gaslight Anthem gig Friday and they were f*cking awesome.

I agree with the above, i don't really agree with the different forums though. Banning people for just sarcasm, having a difference of opinion or being a bit of a boy is utterly rediculous. I feel it is the daily mail population, instead of using the ignore button they just moan about anything that they dislike slightly.

This place feels like its dying, thats not a dig, thats just what i feel. You could have run this place similar to the old saints forum, that got closed down, this place is bleeding out.

Because they are not english, they should be in the welsh leagues the same as scottish in scottish, irish in irish and spanish in spanish etc.

All the funny and interesting posters are banned, which is why i find this place tediously boring atm. So yes Baj, moron threat level low, but so is the interest mate. Registered users starting new threads gets my vote. You are not welcome on here unless you speak/contribute in a tone befitting an old peoples home.

I could equally agree with that, if he was firing on all cylinders like last year then he was undroppable, but thats what 30 goals gets you. I still don't know whether he would make the step up though.

I didn't say every game btw, he is a good player just not the god some on here make him out to be. Much in the same vein as Puncheon is nowhere near as bad as everyone is making out. Marc Wilson is hardly a high pedigree CB btw and isn't even that tall. He was also pretty much completed negated against Leeds last year.

Its not utter rubbish, i saw a fair few games and religiously watched the highlights and matches i missed on Saints player. He gets dominated by higher level CB's.

He would be a great signing, Jaidi is pretty much on the way out of the door along with Wotton (should be already) and Connelly. We need to think about replacing them, especially a striker and a new central midfielder. I think we are pretty blessed for wide men tbh.

For a long time we have played a sort of 4-2-4 or 4-2-2-2 sort of formation. Puncheon puts in a good shift and lallana tracks back every now and again but essentially we have one midfielder who just sits in front of the back four and that is his role, be it Hammond or Schniederlin and the other is box to box but in no means is he deployed as an advanced attacking midfielder. For me to get it to work we need to use a 4-2-3-1 formation, and incidentally it was that formation that i thought we looked the most comfortable using last season.

Yeah, i can agree with that. He has not been at the races, i stick by what i said at the start of the season which is we needed to stick by him as long as we could however he doesn't seem to be coming out of it any time soon and we need to start getting scores on the board. I think we have been unlucky at times but i would rather see Barnard in there atm and use Lambert and Chamberlain to scare and batter defenders towards the end of games if we need them. TBF he was never a footballing god. He always seems to struggle against defenders with any pedigree and fwiw i would be more devastated to lose lallana, morgan, fonte and perhaps even puncheon. I just am not convinced he will take the step up to the next level, and is getting towards 30 (which is ok if you are naturally fit and strong). I just am a bit puzzled as to where the whole confidence issue has come from and i really think something or someone has really knocked him as we were told he was 100% fit at the start of the season. Strange. But we are missing his goals.

There are a lot of things i may regret when i grow up, and that has gone through my mind. The way i see it is i going to do my living now, when i am older i can just cover it up etc, but still have a lot of youth left. In fact, i have been told that due to my latest knee injury i will probably suffer a little in later life with my left knee joint but it is that or give up sports now, which isn't an option for me. I have thought about it for years and am sure i want it now. Life is full of regrets BTF, but i prefer to regret things i have done and not those i haven't.

Looking to get a couple of tattoos, one on both arms. Probably a full sleeve on one arm and a 3/4 or 1/2 sleeve on the other. Obviously i won't be getting them both at the same time but will probably start with the full sleeve though. I have a few ideas as to what i want, my ideas of getting a tattoo is that if you are going to do it you need to get one that is legitamate, interesting and tells a real story. I am not a fan of random pictures that seem as if they go nowhere. I want a flowing showy design. I have a couple of ideas in regards to themes etc. Kind of like this, but not exactly (not the theme i want really) It is hard to find a whole idea, and i know that i won't be able to just come up with a complete design. My question to anyone on here that has tattoos or is perhaps an aspiring artist etc is that if i went in and talked to a few artists what are their imaginations like ? Will they be able to help me with a vision etc ? Anyone know of any really good tattoo artists in Hampshire and some that should be avoided ??
