Interesting that for a team that looks like it wants to maintain possession it looks like RM is happy for the wingers to take on their opposition FB and we’re having a fee long shots Its nice to see, nome of us want possession for possessions sake

In games where we are under little pressure Smallbone looks excellent, he really is great on the ball, his passing and vision is excellent

Interesting that he’s playing Arma through the middle, he likes him as a striker apparently so be interesting to see the evolution there

Looks like as a club we’re sticking to our guns.. and that is so refreshing We’re of course going to lose players, but unlike under the limp backbone of Semmens it looks like, currently, its on our terms

I think its more the fact we have an abundance of forward players and likely only 3 positions + 2/3 subs to accommodate them Hopefully the fee is close to what we paid, its a real shame as If like to see how he does this year but if its a name out and allows us to keep Tella, sign a more suited forward player Im ok with it

I don’t think he’s been particularly involved recently as he wants out

Been covered by both Alfie House and Adam Blackmore so Id say pretty reliable we ‘want’ around 20m for him if the rumours are to be believed, it feels a lot for a CB with only 1 year left but the market is very inflated this year

I think it depends who we end up with really, there’s not been a huge movement anywhere in the striker market so far Id be hugely surprised if we don’t have targets ready to go Im more worried that we still have a squad of 29 senior players, none of which are including the 18 and unders

Its just what Ive heard really, we’re pushing for promotion this year, and pushing hard.. we’re comfortable with our finances but also aware we will lose players that will cover most costs anyway Issues will begin to arise if we are not close in Jan and we’ll have to reassess if still a Champ club next year But currently there are no issues and we’re comfortable extracting as much value as possible from outgoings

Probably, I mean it’s unfortunately no different to how any club operates these days but I believe we aren’t that concerned about our finances yet, probably not until January or the end of the season if things don’t go our way That said I think the Tino persuit goes late into the window, and I wonder if KWP goes then we’ll pull the plug Ultimately I hope we don’t deal with Newcastle, who have plenty of cash but are seemingly trying to do all they can to bully us here

I think I still expect Tino to leave, just seems like there is too much noise around it. I don’t begrudge the kid a move, just want him to go for a price we’re comfortable with
