I don't know at the moment, playing Saga instead if Lambert would mean that we would have to change the way that we play, a way in which the team has become used to and seems to be working. I always look for man management, discapline and determination, i am not worried too much about the assistants coaching as i have a decent coaching team.

Unfortunately i don't agree with you, i do agree that his pace leaves him slightly exposed at RB but this is something that can be worked on, and even negated by improving timing of tackle and experience. As a player however i think he could also be a good prospect, he is technically a decent player, and could even make the defensive midfield spot his own.
