LoL I remember when i first had to start using it, for some reason a company my old work supplied wanted these old UNIX shells, SGI units i talked about, big red pieces of crap that apparantly where the dogs dangleberries back in the day and used to be used in special effects and what not. Anyways, i remember being given the book and some commands etc to learn, this was about 4-5 years ago now but i was only young and used mainly in using XP. I put it on par with the maths i am learning currently in my degree !! One wrong character on a 3 line long command and you had ****ed it up !!!!!!

I would imagine stirring up racial hatred is an entirely different kettle of fish. I understand the worry though. I wouldn't want to get into legal turmoil because of some tw*t preaching boll*cks !! However i don't think i have ever heard anyone on here, 'stirring up racial hatred ?' Some peoples views get a bit strong etc but nobody ever insights anything.

TBCH i don't actually think it is a left-right issue either, some small pockets of local councils etc and other school governers seem to go far far OTT about things these days and invent these very stupid rules etc. You would think that the government would intervene in things like this as i am sure it causes civil unrest etc. +1 Ponts. Thing is we are a country of moaners, but that is all we do, we do not become empowered as a nation. If you look at the french, ok, nobody likes them but fair play in the way that they will not take unwanted change and stand up to what they believe. As a nation we would rather sit back and whinge in the pub and on net forums rather then actually voice disapproval where it matters.

Very good if you can use it. It's not too difficult. Many of the newer Linux OS' are very impressive. What are you looking to use it for ?? That being said you could always dual boot if you require windows for anything.

Fantastic post. With all things considered they really are deep in the sh*te. I do fear for our fishy friends, and TBH i don't wanna see them go out of business. Then who will we be up against ?? Bournemouth ?? Reading ?? Don't get me wrong i want them to suffer and suffer hard but not cease to exist, i wouldn't wish that on anyone, i really wouldn't. We also took the wrong time to hit financial turmoil, but we got lucky, that and we have a good fan base and a decent infrastructure etc. Pompey just don't have that luxury. Yes they are already in the promised land which would count alot towards investment potential. But they have no training ground, a sh*te stadium (that they can't fill ). A team that is never going to survive this year AND now cannot be strengthened in jan. And also the fact that future revenue is secured against loans. Storrie and the executives should be shot for making such a momumental f*ck up to be honest, and if they do what we can all see coming and kill the club then they probably will be !!!
