From what I'm told on Bednarek, Villa only want a loan deal with an option to buy at the end of it but West Ham might explore a permanent deal, depending on what fee they get for Craig Dawson who is on the way out. He's desperate to leave and his relationship with some of the new coaching team is "not great".
