Whichever is most difficult to trace!!!
-
That's because all the PFC peeps are counting the South African used notes to see if it proves to be enough funds :D:D:D:cool:
-
So according to that report it's the new investors responsibility to reach a deal with the HMRC - Good luck with that! I thought all that was needed was prood of funds. I don't think the HMRC are a foregone conclusion
-
This could mean a mass repossession of caravans........
-
For all their normal staff that is a nightmare.... For Storrie and the first team it's bloody hilarious
-
So are you saying that if Storrie earned £100k last month, and PFC will have deducted 40% and he took home £60k. Now the HMRC are going to pursue Storrie for 40% (ish) of his £60k because he is deemed to not have paid tax on it. Sh1t that would be funny (for him, not so much for the staff!)

Munto finance was a group of individuals..... now that one was really successful :smt100
-
'course there are......... lots......... how about...... ermmmmm....... QPR!!! Oh b*llocks.... PEDG - You beat me to it....Git
-
Why would you spend significant wealth on a championship club? Why not just buy Newcastle or Palace..... and don't give me the crap that it's because the fans are so great. If I was their owner I'd pay to have J PFC W removed!
-
If they manage to sell the club in it's current debtridden form then it can't be an honest deal - It has to be crooked again for laundering purposes or some other Daddy Gaydamak type activity Will the PFC fans called for the PL to nullify it or welcome their new owners with open arms?
-
I heard they viciously waved bank notes at him
-
He's not saying give me £1m a year for 15 years and we'll call it quits. He's saying give me £1m a year for 15 years and I keep the ground too.... What he's really saying is get my asset out of the company before the liquidator gets his hands on it
-
Just like Storrie, the fans believe their own PR and Spin Get it into your heads now. Your hardcore fans are no better than Newcastle, Liverpool, Everton or even Leeds or Saints, and as for the rest of them. Where the F*ck are they when they're needed!!! :smt066
-
So they have sold the ground for £10m and have it back on a 15 years lease then..... Forgive me if I'm being dimmer than a Skate in a freshwater aquarium but haven't they just reduced their assets by £10m!!! Does that actually help then?
-
I somehow can't imagine Rupert Lowe risking being personally responsible for additional debt (or anything come to that!)
-
When does one last chance end? They're on their fourth owner this year. This has been going on since October. Pancake.... I admire your tolerence, but I fear you would just give Storrie even more space to lie cheat and steal
-
There was a good interview with Greg Dyke recently. He said that since the HMRC lost their preferred creditor status football clubs have been using them as an unofficial overdraft. The HMRC want to stop this practise
-
I would imagine that the HMRC think they are so insolvent that admin will just mean yet another month of unpaid debts Plus I think they want to make an example so as to get all the other clubs to get up to date with their payments
-
Probably a very small amount, but they are more interested in negating future losses. They would like all their employees to go and work for someone who will pass on the PAYE
-
It's getting to the point where I don't care if it's the HMRC, Israeli debt collectors or a mob of PFC fans who 'visit' Storrie, as long as someone does. If half of the rumours are true then he shouldn't be able to walk away from this mess

Actually, the answer has just become blindingly clear Portsmouth are obliged to fulfil their fixtures, but have run themselves in a way which makes them unable too. The answer is the following: - 1) Instant expulsion from the league (goodbye to the currupt owners in one easy action) 2) The PL issues a statement reminding teams of their obligations to the League, their supporters and game in general. They maintain the moral high ground and look as though they're doing the right thing. They could even put a proportion of PFC's parachute money into a trust to help reform a new PFC (even more good PR) 3) The PL states than any other club threatening legal 'stupidities' because they got 6 points against PFC that they're now going to lose can sue PFC directly if they choose because PFC failed in their obligations 4) The league table is just as meaningful with 19, 20 or 21 teams The rest of their parachute money could go on refunding all 19 clubs season ticket holders for 1/19 of their season ticket for the 1 game they won't see Simple.....isn't it?.....
-
I'd really like to believe this, but it won't happen. They are 20 teams self-governing, and whilst that's the case the only law is self-interest. People seem to forget the the PL is just 20 teams, not an organisation like the FA, Christ knows why is called the FA Premier League because the FA and PL spend most of their time at logger heads anyway. Only government intervention could make a change and FIFA won't allow that. So that leaves....... F*** knows  It's like an unstoppable plague. Just going to get bigger and worse until it kills everything (in football anyway). Their massive earning and even more massive spending has created an irreversible situation until it all goes bang...
-
How exactly is all this going to help.... If the PL give them the £12m parachute payment up front to clear the tax and they sell players now and others reschedule the debts over a longer period and by some miracle they see out the season.... They then start next season with no money for the year, no playing squad and no hope they'll be in admin before the season starts Is that really worth the PL and FA and FIFA breaking so many rules for?
-
MESSAGE FOR MR STORRIE Just stop.... it's absolutely time to stop. Until you rid yourselves of the parasites PFC isn't the club that your supporters love anyway. Let it go and let them start again. If you don't, I (we?) can only believe it's because of what will be turned up when you do. For once in your life, do the right thing  .
-
I can see how those conversations went.... 'Defer the payment until we get taken over or we'll go bust and you get nothing' Has he deferred his wages - w*nker
