  1. Quick bit of analysis. What are the main debts? 1. Chainrai - £7m or £17m however you look at it 2. Gaydamak - £30m aledgedly 3. Football debters - Christ knows but unavoidable 4. HMRC - £11-20m or -20 points 5. Local others - £5m What can they walk away from? If 1 or 2 want to take the hit that's up to them, not sure why they would 3 and 4 you're stuck with one way or another. 5 is the only one you can escape from and that ain't much Chainrai isn't in this for the benefit of PFC so how does this pre-pack theory suddenly make it all rosy? ...and that's before the FL have it in for them...... aaaannnnndddd why on earth would Chainrai do anythimg to get Storrie off the hook. He's part of the reason why Chainrais in this mess to start with!!!
  2. Interesting decision for the new owners really What's a CC point worth? Could be about £1m per point if they owe HMRC that much and that 15 is also the non-CVA penalty Doesn't it make you want to keep your cheque book in your pocket
  3. How is this the case? If they don't pay the HMRC 100% they wont agree to an CVA and they'll start on -15 (Beat me to it again PEDG)
  4. Does this mean we can stop calling him twitchy and now just cut to the chase and call him LIAR?
  5. A PL club has never gone into administration so it has never been tested. I guess it depends on what the PL decide their rules are today. In this case though, absolutely not as they're all going to have been spent by June
  6. I suppose the only redeeming factor of spending 2 years parachute payments in the next 4 months is that they were created to cover the costs of a premier left-over squad in the CC, and they aint gonna have a squad left to pay!!!
  7. Hmmmmmmm The PL will pay football creditors as they become due huh!? That's this months wages taken care of then. ...and if they're going to do that all the way to the end of the June, then that 's a parachute and a half gone then...... oustanding agents fees...... outstanding transfers fees..... sol.....? Is 2 parachute payments enough?
  8. Well done - well put As I've said at least 10 times already, this isn't the saving of PFC, it's a very slow and very painful death. Chainrai will have the last laugh. Don't try and pull the wool over the eyes of a money lender!
  9. Calm people! How many of PFC's debts cana be written off so easily £7m to Chainrai £30m to Gaydamak £20m to HMRC £10-20m of football debts. I don't think any of the above are pence in the pound situations and on top of that they have to pay Chainrai £1m/year for their poxy ground
  10. absolutely, proof that being non-political and just being good at your job is sometimes the best strategy....
  11. Having said 100%.... If Chainrai is paying the administrator, and for some reason they / Chainrai want to keep him on, and Chainrai is covering that cost, maybe they will. But to be honest, I suspect that Chainrai thinks he's a bit of a tosser really and blames him for the situation he's in anyway. I think he may just want to see Storrie crash and burn. Better take a very close look at those books....!
  12. 100% Peter Storrie is living in a dream world I've decided that it's not that he is a compulsive lier - he is either very thick (genuinely doesn't understand) or just in denial
  13. I think it was £11m in October which is when proceedings started(?) Since then it's been going up every month
  14. Just becasue they don't admit it or publicise it doesn't mean it's behind other clubs backs. SSN always interview the Manager. The boards makes the decisions. All the clubs will be in on this. Use up a relegation place and get rid of the embarrasing club
  15. Every time I think Storrie has plummed new depths he manages to drop another level 'a money lender who's fallen in love with the club' You have psychological issues Mr Storrie and need to seek treatment urgently FFS
  16. The FA will stick their head in the sand The PL won't comment on the bailing It will be a big load of ignoring the situation until it goes away
  17. Dead right... the PL can't wait to wash their hands of them and the FL can't wait to get hold of them. I can't see them being bought out of admin for the minimum required to ensure a start on zero points next season.
  18. To be fair, I'm not sure he played that bigger part in our financial meltdown, but we were not in a particularly bad situation when Barclays had a wobble and pulled the plug being owed only £4m. As for Portsmouth, West Ham and Bournemouth - He played a very significant part :smt066
  19. Not secret and not unpredictable The PL are dispicable - They should kick them out to spite the owners and give the £30m parachute monies to way more deserving cases
  20. The courts can still turn down admin I believe. If they think the only person who will benefit is Chainrai and that PFC won't be bought out of admin. (Ie - UK creditirs won't wee any of their money anyway) The next week is going to be interesting for non-PFC fans For PFC fans - there is no good way out now
  21. There you go.... He may be paying the administrator out of his own pocket, but the PL are covering the overheads. They are in for a hideous future. Freefalling through the CC without a parachute (payment) I was going to do a grinny thing, but I'm actually starting to fee a bit angry and sorry for them. PFC fans.... get the AFCP club started ASAP. We need you back.... (2 divisions below us:D)
  22. If you see Loanees returning (when they can) you know that costs are only being covered to the absolute minimum. I wonder if Avram has a proper contract - he could be on his way quickly
  23. Some PFC supporters are seeing the light Quite an intelligent one on SSN this morning acknowledging that reforming is a far better option than the future that Chainrai has lined up for them
  24. Nearly every PL club said they'd be happy for PFC to receive money early if there was a points deduction attached to it. There is... admin.... 9 points If you look back over this thread yesterday evening, it was generally agreed that they are toast and that Chainrai has them with their trousers around their ankles. If Chainrai is paying the administrator he has very cold hard reasons He has no interest in them at all, only getting his money back. He made a short term loan and he was conned. He has a long lingering death planned for Portsmouth. No ground, just a 15 year payment plan which eats up most of their CC TV income No Parachute payments as prob a PL deal or used securing previous money ...and if you want to buy them out of admin you will still need to pay £10m of (UK) football debts, plus another £10m in Italy (possibly) and £18m to the revenue. If you don't do that you won't get your league share and they either won't let you in or you'll have a 20point penalty ....and this is without a possible increased penalty for a second admin and irregularities The is PFC's worst nightmre. Horror for years to come
  25. I think he's done a deal with the PL. PFC will get to the end of the season and go into admin if you give us all the parachute monies With Chainrai it will be because one way or another he's getting more of his money back
