Well it is defo a completely sh1te online service. Trouble is it looks like a bastardised theatre booking system. I am pretty sure I could write a better one in a matter of weeks :-)

Sort of, but you can renew it online any time (night or day) and them phone them at your convenience if you cannot find the time to go and pick it up. I just chose to phone at a time that I knew it would be very busy, but it could just as easily taken less than a minute. It was still quicker than going down there. I am not sure how else they can avoid people claiming concessions they are not entitled to.

Just phone them and they will send it to you.

If you are not claiming any concessions and you are paying in full, they will post it to you. I phoned them up, gave them my online order number, and they agreed to post it to me straight away. Was on hold for quite a while though.

Pitch invasions seemed to work quite well at the Dell 'cos the players just appeared in the Directors box with their families etc. At St. Marys it seems that staying in your seat while they do a lap of honour is more appropriate. Maybe go on the pitch, sniff the turf, then get off again

Sweeping statement or what? Some chants are cringeworthy, in bad taste, arrogant and some are uplifting and supportive. I reserve the right to express an opinion on the difference. The latter creates a great atmosphere - the former generates animosity and bad feeling. What is wrong with a debate on the subject. Fortunately we don't seem to sink to the depths of some fans who chant about the Munich disaster or Adam Stansfield etc, but giving fans stick because they are skint and being relegated is ****** poor. Just my opinion obviously.

Not angry, but I think his meaning was quite clear....and that was backed up by his when the chant changed to the usual one.
