Ok, ok, no need to get so riled about it. I still stick by my point about the comparison between two professional games. You can raise the levels of each side as much as you like to bend the argument your way, but I won't change my view that 90 minutes of professional football and the training is more demanding than a few days walking round a golf course professionally. Can we argue about something else now please?

There's still no way I believe that someone like Lee Westwood has the physical attributes to keep up in 90 minutes of professional football, but if you say so. Skating around points eh, you'd know, I made some fairly good points earlier and you didn't even respond, I was very upset mate.

I beg to differ on the '****ing THICK!' remark, but that's a different debate. A golfer could not play against Millwall, he would not have the physical capabilities to run almost constantly for 90 minutes, let alone do everything else a professional footballer needs to do during a game. I reckon a footballer could go to a golf course, and walk around with Westwood, chatting about things, whilst playing golf together. Granted, Westwood would beat him comfortably, but he would be able to keep up. Not in the sense of keeping up with the score, but he'd be able to physically keep up with Westwood. Which was the debate in the first place.

Bit like snooker then? Personally, I prefer pool. It's easier.

So, you're saying John Daly could pitch up and play 90 minutes for Saints against Walsall on Saturday? I'm sure there's a couple of Saints players (certainly past players) who are into their golf and could easily walk around a field all day and hit a ball into a hole. Totally different Will.

Wasn't a massive fan last year, but been really impressed with him this year. His distribution at times is perfect, and as he said he seems to be more up for the 'getting stuck in' side of things. If he keeps playing like he did against Wycombe he'll be integral in this team.

My polo shirts are a bit better than that, and I don't 'pop' my collar. I don't smoke and I don't wear Burberry baseball caps. HTH

Yes, you already know this cos you've already offered me a fight in the past In actual fact I wear jeans and a polo shirt, sometimes a proper shirt. Often have a jumper on me as well. Chav, nah. I live in a nice part of Hampshire, you don't get many chavs here.
