  1. Nice...
  2. No it shouldn't.
  3. Beattie went out with one of my old PE teachers for ages. Oh, and he won't come and play in League One.
  4. 4-1 Saints.
  5. That whole album is haunting.
  6. The Drugs Don't Work by The Verve
  7. There was a McDonald's about 5 minutes from the ground as well, and if you're that desperate like we were, McDonald's is alright
  8. I liked how he waved at our fans more than Walsall's fans, he played for them over 100 times after he played for us.
  9. Well the next away day is Leeds, and I don't think Elland Road has any pillars to get in the way and ensure a 3-1 win
  10. Off the top of my head these are the grounds where my view has had a pillar in it this season: Southend - 3-1 win Hartlepool - 3-1 win Walsall - 3-1 win
  11. Eh?! The capacity is 11,300, the attendance yesterday was 5,681, that's including 1,791 of our lot. If that is what you meant?
  12. Cheers Baj, you got a link?
  13. Back injury according to official saints twitter.
  14. 11,300, but their average attendance this season is only 4,346.
  15. Cheers for the photos. Never noticed the boards above the stands that reads "Condoms r safe".
  16. Have to agree with this, Murty played alright but his passing was very below standard.
  17. I hope Darren Byfield accepts my friend request (or whatever it's called) on twitter.
  18. We were 4/1 at the start of the season to reach the playoffs. Same odds as Pompey to go down.
  19. Gun wasn't made by the people who made GTA. Red Dead Redemption is made by the people who made GTA. I'm holding hope for it
  20. Oops, sorry :S Went in the Saddler's club in the end, more Saints fans in there than Walsall fans!
  21. Here's my attempt at ratings, 6 being the average, meaning they had an ok game, like on football manager Bialkowskli - 6 - Didn't have all that much to do but did well when called upon. Murty - 6 - Passing was a bit dodgy but some good link up play with James, and fairly solid. Jaidi - 6 - Average game, did what he had to do. Perry - 6 - As above really. Harding - 7 - Looked good again. Hammond - 8 - Seemed to be everywhere, got a goal and held it together in the middle well. Schneiderlin - 7 - Nothing sensational but played well, great ball to Connolly for the first goal. James - 8 - Yes, shock, but James played well today at right wing, a definite improvement from past weeks. Lallana - 6 - Had a quiet game, had one good effort towards the end. Lambert - 8 - Lambert is such a good player, and proved it again today. Connolly - 9 - A class above, scored one, set up one and his shot practically set up Hammond's goal. MOTM for me. Antonio - 8 - Looked good when he came on for the last 20 minutes, lively, everywhere, and was unlucky not to get a goal. Wotton - 6 - Just held it together at the end like he usually does nowadays. Paterson - 6 - Only was on for about 5 minutes. Our fans - 9 - Their fans - 2 -
  22. As a usual critic of James I thought he played well today, looked confident on the ball for a change, his crosses were good and played some nice through balls. Let's hope he can carry on, and go from strength to strength.
  23. They've lost to Leeds, yeah, which means we played better against Walsall than Leeds did. Encouraging comments from Byfield, nice one.
  24. Oh good, will give me something to look forward to at work, cos I will be able to read it on my break. No doubt it will just be about how he came to Poortsmouth as the DoF (or whatever it was) saying he wouldn't steal Hart's job, and then did steal Hart's job, and that was his intention all along.
  25. If Cortese offered me £5 million on Jan 1st I'd take it. Simple as that.
