I heard we had been saved last year whilst on a canal boat on the canal du midi in France... Almost relevant.

Talking of which, The usual Radio Solent commentators interview with Adkins was an eye opener after the MK Dons game....

Hi Just watched the Colchester Highlights on player. Seems they have finally sorted out the format of the videos and are now using the Radio Solent commentary over the top rather than some fake commentary dubbed over the top at a later time... Also now includes various angles of each of the highlights which really showed how close Lambert came to scoring with his free kicks! Whats with the dodgy sillouette at the start of every video though, it looks like theres a really fat person standing at the front!!

Which takeaway gives such a service?

I really got a sense that it could/should be a really popular gem of a place but the food clearly let's it down these days. I guess not a lot of people know it's there/can get to it based on it being in the middle of the new forest. Cheers for the background info

He missed a few games a while back because of a groin issue. Can't think if any other reason he would have been dropped for. I also remember his first game back where when training before the game he didn't do any of the exercises that could pull on the groin area.

I was cringing whilst watching him train before the game cos he was doing all the excercises/stretches that everyone else was, including the jumping and raising your knees as high as possible. Ive had a groin tear so I knew that at any point he could rip it doing that. So I know jumping probably wouldn't be advised but surely if that's his reasons for not going in for headers/tackles then he wouldn't have done half the stuff he did in training....

That was a seriously insane moment and I was about to go into a fit of rage if that had gone in. Lucky for those around me he ****ed it up...

I was about to make the same comparison actually. I didnt ever see Matt play but from what I hear he let everyone else do the hard work and did his bit of magic once someone set him up.. I just question wether we have enough time and space in the games this season to wait for it to fall nicely for lambert to do his bit of magic. Surely it would be beneficial to have TWO lively strikers up front to get the goals?
