One of the reasons for someones attack of him on another thread was that he cant speak a word of english.... wasnt his good english one of the reasons pardew listed for taking him on???

Im more concerned about Hardings apparent attitude problem. Whats his beef anyway? Was the first time Ive seen him have moan at a ball ball last night, for no reason at all. Seems he has a reputation for it.... madness.

tbf we dont know why OC did that. Might be something to do with the morons booing the team. As much as I was p!ssed off with the game last night booing doesn't help the players moving forward

Maybe I just dont trust cortese to get this next move right. I dont personally think he makes decisions for the right reasons. I do however think that he was pushed into making an announcement on the OS when the original rumours about pardew possibly being given the boot came about, so hoping he will use his head and is taking note of the caliber of manager the saints fans are collectively asking for....

I haven't 100% agreed with Corteses decisions up until the sacking of pardew but I accepted them, despite them not being ideal when it comes to my enjoyment of saints but the latest developments combined with the initial skepticism means my overall opinion of cortese is snowballing into negativity. I think more and more people are going through this at the moment too, worryingly....

Ive been trying to put my finger on what key thing was missing last night (other than some skill and commitment from the players) and it Pardews instructions being yelled across the pitch and the players interacting with him. I didnt hear a word from wilkins last night (admittedly I was in kingsland for a change - big mistake that was). Say what you like about Pardew but his presence was sorely sorely missed last night.

Well none jump out at me after that game. It's irrelevant that it was only the nobodies cup tonight; THAT was the first team out there...THAT is what we will be playing with fir the rest of the season, against the likes of Swindon again and again.... And THAT is going to get us nowhere.

I want my evening back. In such a bad mood. It shouldn't matter but it does right now. I was willing to give cortese a chance but I now feel hatred for the guy. My first ever season ticket and willingness to attend most cup games and it all goes to pot for saints. Some **** kept farting near me too... Not happy.

It's quite depressing here. Players look glum, stadium is empty and we're a goal down. Nice. I was saying the other day how I'll happily go to any saints game regardless of only being a paint pot cup but I think my opinion may change after tonight. What is the lowest attendance ever? This is bad even for a cup game.
