When I got my ticket the whole of itchen was sold out and the I heard someone got the last ticket in the kingsland today... Doesnt sound too bad Mass groans on that scale would certainly get the point accross

I know what youre saying, and Im probably just guilty of expecting too much too early in this season (has been exciting though in the build up) but I guess Im just disappointed that with the squad we have (which I actually love too) that we cant do the simple things like we did last season. Maybe we should just come back to these, possibly premature, anxieties if we are in the same position half way through the season. My overall point was just that I didnt expect to have not won either of the first two games after all the hype and restructuring of the team/club I'd say overall we are actually playing good football and losing so far... Believe me I'd settle for poor overall play but able to score when we get it in front of goal.

Oh I have a life.... outside of sitting in a crummy council building waiting for their crummy network to fall over.

Is scraping through with scrappy wins what you would really expect or accept from a team worth so much though? On a side note, I'd say a few of the players seem to be half the players they were last season, has barnard for example really just been "unlucky" not to get on the score sheet?.... again all imo after only two games, admittedly.

Its a difficult one though, is it right to panic this early on given that we've only played two league games? Normally, no. But having seen both league games and the cup games its things like not being able to put the ball in the net when in front of goal and some of the poor passing that has surprised me the most and its that that makes we worry about the rest of the season, despite the number of games played. Afterall, this is the complete team for the season, with the exception of maybe one other (where is he by the way, saturday is tomorrow).... Dont get me wrong, Ive been really impressed with some of the football but I dont think its league winning stuff yet.

I know its not time to panic but this is not how I saw the season starting. Playing catch up and fears that we wont have caught up come our 9th game according to the "next 7 games" thread... If we dont make it this season and we look back next season what will the reasoning/excuses be for the slow start? Marcus' passing (Did players know it was coming?), slow reactions from Pardew to strengthen the squad in time?! I really didnt expect there to be any need for excuses this season. I thought we'd be grinning away happily at the top of the table from the off...... It was never going to be that easy though, was it.......

Pardew did a fine bit of stomping on Tuesday to replace a giant lump of turf that I believe one of schneiderlins mental slide tackle brought about...

Happily take a cr@p away from home? Quick wipe of seat or ring of bogroll before sitting? Bogroll down first to prevent the splash or the louder the better? Personally, I give it a good wipe and create a landing mat. I always end up being in a cubicle next to someone sharting though or the noise of their load hitting the water booms around the room....

Is his nickname pronounced "Gooley" or "Gully" ??? Also, if it is only a 5 month loan is there a risk we could lose him like we did antonio? Can we claim him for definate if we want him after 5 months?

Serious?!! That's a bit carp. You'd at least think they'd have worked out that buying another ticket would be cheaper and it would therefore mean you to take up another seat that someone else could have purchased, leaving yours empty still (guessing they wouldn't then sell your seat if you bought one elsewhere?!) wonder if you could purchase a new ticket but specify that you want your ST seat and whether the worker would say that it is unavailable lol Could understand it being 15 quid tops to cover the admin of reproducing a ticket and as a warning for being a donut twice.

Wonder If the reference to players ending their careers here means we're looking for older, experienced pro players preferably, who aren't just in it for money. That's Antonio out if that's the case.
