  1. Harington's Storm in Bedford place are very good. Been going there for about 8 years. Very very friendly and experienced staff. Mens cut Average price around £35
  2. I've been considering this place for a while. I get a falafel wrap from there once a month but never actually sat in for a meal. Menu doesn't appear to be that big but if the main meals are anything like the falafel wraps (which are one of the best things I've ever tasted) then I can't see me being disappointed! Thanks for the review
  3. ....Well, all I'll say is some months on I still dont understand why it costs more to buy online than to buy on the day when the idea of the price rise was to stop people buying on the day.... but then I dont understand any of cloteses decisions so why should that surprise me.
  4. Ive been hesitant to comment on Puncheon for the last few games (but wanted to) I can now however break my silence and say that although he is on the ball a lot he does not deserve to have it and its a waste him having it... or indeed a place in the team. Takes FAR too many touches and Ive lost count of how many chances he hasnt taken this season already....
  5. Why the **** do I bother. Relegation anyone??? (yes I know I'm just in wrist slitting mode)
  6. Very frustrating here again. We have been holding them in their half but just cant break through. Bus. Parked. Much. Lambert has lost it. Puncheon shouldn't be in the side (not just based on this game) Thought it was only a matter of time before a goal came. Didn't realise it would be that end though.
  7. Thanks s_s. Puccinnis sounds good! Im liking the free birthday meal too! Says on the site its in Bedford place so I guess its moved from Oxford street?!
  8. Not one veggie option there..... well, apart from the option of ****ing off.....
  9. Heading out to the New Forest could also be an option if its a nice day, so if you could extend your thoughts out that way too that would be good!
  10. Well, dare I say it...Im vegetarian. So good veggie friendly dishes would be good. However the rest of the people I'm going with are not carrot crunchers and enjoy good food so doesn't have to be a tree huggers establishment. Some of the best meals I've had are at the likes of Carluccios in London and usually get on with Italian food generally. Also like greek food. Basically I'm as adventurous as a vegetarian can be and enjoy foreign food.
  11. I read about the Olive Tree. One top 10 list had it as best restaurant but also one of most expensive....
  12. Serious? Isn't that more of a pub than a restaurant? Although I did have a good meal in there once if my memory serves me correctly...
  13. Anyone had any really good meals out in Southampton recently? Trying to choose a place to go for lunch on my birthday this coming Monday. Not looking for a really expensive restaurant (don't believe you have to spend the earth to get good food) but a good setting, food and service would be good....
  14. Can we have the new manager now please. Im bored.
  15. That really is quite something, isnt it?!? then take into consideration our owner died recently and all the bad press coverage.... I think I will wake up in a minute.......
  16. Anyone live nearby to this match fancy popping along and asking Pardew what it was all about? http://www.theargus.co.uk/sport/argusgeneralsportsnews/8369642.Axed_Saints_boss_pulls_on_his_boots_for_charity/?
  17. Absolutely. Cant believe that this habit is just accepted by management, or indeed by the fans sitting near the incident. I felt like having a go at him for yelling at the poor kid tuesday. I saw nothing wrong with the throw of the ball by the ball boy.
  18. I agree. I have a funny feeling it will be someone I've never heard of, know nothing about and will be another one of Cortese's bonkers decisions born out of links he has with some italians.....
  19. My god we better stuff them tomorrow after Tuesday nights shambles....
  20. Yeah I saw that. Gave him a right mouthful! I guess they were just feeling as **** as I was sat there watching that dross. Although, the players definately seemed ****ed off as Harding seemed stroppy and had a go at the ball boy. If looks could kill that ball boy would be, well.. dead.
  21. The arse licking comment was more refferring to the way he was almost too scared to say we were absolutely **** on Tuesday, incase he upset a certain person. Pardew would have said we were poor.
  22. No ones really commented on Dean Wilkins and his abilities to run the club for the foreseeable future as far as I can tell, so thought we could discuss him... I'm not to up on Wilkins as a manager, coach or whatever so maybe someone could fill me in? All I would say is I was in no way in agreement with him about the Swindon JPT game and Ive just noticed an article by him on the OS, which sounds to me like there is a lot of denial, arse licking and false optimism coming from him.... Do however correct me if i'm wrong and discuss..... http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2143088,00.html
  23. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2142096,00.html? WooHoo At last... Available tomorrow
  24. I for one thought he had a great first half yesterday. He won everything and got himself into all the right positions. However, I think on the whole he has had his day and is too slow... I knwo thats a slight contradiction but ultimately the answer is yes :-)
