Well by gum mine has arrived.... You could fit two of me in it but otherwise it is ok and well made. Couldnt have got any smaller size but put it this way it would be the first time Ive got into a medium of anything for a long time.... No "Mavis" in sight either :-D Still hope for yours stevo??

Im not old enough to have been around then (by about 20 years :-D) but I'm curious to know if it was really the big deal us young'uns imagine it to be. I mean, we won the rugby world cup some years ago didnt we and give it a couple of days everyone had forgotten about it and moved onto something else.... Cant help but think if we won the world cup this year it wouldnt have quite the same feel good factor about it that I imagine there was in 66... Maybe you could shed some light?

I agree. Like some others have said the article makes it sound like its at least a good few days away. Why go to the effort of the article if its going to be tomorrow/friday. Next week imo. That last article has actually put me off buying it. Hate it when things are dragged on longer than they need to or when people start using marketing mind games. Ill pass on the shirt this time thanks. Not only because the red nose badge is sh*t but this latest stupidity too. EDIT: before anyone says "its a shirt get over it", I wouldn't normally be impatient but it looks unprofessional if you post official messages such as "next few days" only to delay it for a further fortnight.

Yeah I can see that as a business tactic. Make people wait so long and get so frustrated waiting for season tickets/football shirts that by the time they are released everyone is desperate for them. Wouldn't put it past a pro businessman like Cortese. I wish I wasn't so tempted by that carrot on that stick.
