  1. Dave Cam is nowhere near as fake as Milliband and Piggy.
  2. The new generation of Labour MP's are equally as smarmy and like the Tories are from rich backgrounds. However unlike the Tories they try to hide it and come accross as something they're not. Nick Clegg is the same, a rich kid that is trying to present himself as the lad from Sheffield that done good.
  3. I'm deadly serious, Dave Cam will hold himself well in the company of world leaders. Margaret Thatcher was a great world leader in her day, Angela Merkel is the best world leader currently. Dave Cam will be equally as effective for Britain in this theatre IMO.
  4. He looks and acts like a left wing version of Nick Griffin. And those boggled dead fish eyes only serve to put the icing on the cake.
  5. David Cameron may be posh, but you can imagine him being good a good leader for Britain on the world stage because he's from the same stable as Rupert Lowe and won't be pushed around by Jonny foreigner - he'll raise our influence globally. Compare that to browns grovelling and smiling when he's at world events especially when Obama is in attendance.
  6. Ed Balls and David Milliband are two people being touted for the job and I hope either of them get the job because they're both smarmy, dislikeable, and far too ****y in the way they present themselves. VFTT is right in suggesting someone like Alan Johnson because he'll appeal to the public. Any new leader will need to be someone who is seen as being honest, genuine and able to give straight answers. In politics you have to be able to avoid some questions, but Milliband and Balls are not very good at doing this - although they both think they're gods gift. They both come accross as being fake.
  7. 100% agree. NO to big government, YES to the big Society I say.
  8. They will change poltics for good. When any party elects a new leader the number 1 criteria they will be looking for is the ability to perform in front of the camera and be likeable. Personally I don't see this as a bad thing at all because a to be a good CEO or managing director being good with people is a key attribute required to clinch deals.
  9. They were that bad the electorate kept them in office for 18 years...
  10. YouGov/Sunday Times (30th Apr-1st May) CON 35%(+1), LAB 27%(-1), LDEM 28%(nc) Conservative 282 seats, Labour 255 seats, Liberal 84 seats ComRes/S.Mirror/S.Indy (30th Apr-1st May) CON 38%(+2), LAB 28%(-1), LDEM 25%(-1) Conservative 312 seats, Labour 243 seats, Liberal 67 seats ICM/Sunday Telegraph (30th April) CON 36%(+3), LAB 29%(+1), LDEM 27%(-3) Con 279, Lab 263, LD 79 BPIX/Mail on Sunday (30th Apr-1st May) CON 34%(nc), LAB 27%(+1), LDEM 30%(nc) Con 268, Lab 252, LD 100 Angus Reid/Sunday Express (TBC) CON 35%(+2), LAB 23%(nc), LDEM 29%(-1) Con 308, Lab 209, LD 104 Unless David cameron makes a gaffe of bigotgate proportions it's now looking nailed on that the Conservatives will be the largest party, and with every day that passes Nick Clegg and the Liberals are being exposed as weak on policy which explains the slide from their heady heights. Voters are now clearly starting to take the election seriously and realising it's not a beauty contest, but a vote to determine how best we tackle the perilous economic mess the country is in.
  11. Yes I dislike Gove (and I have said so previously) and I dislike Osborne.
  12. The great disconnect: After the economy, immigration is the issue that worries voters most. So why won't our politicians even discuss it? Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/election/article-1270169/General-Election-2010-The-great-disconnect-Schools-hospitals-jobs-worrying-real-Britons-politicians-wont-admit-problem.html#ixzz0mgXlapaA
  13. Please explain the high numbers of TSW posters that voted BNP in the European Election poll? http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=13364 You're not in the real world if you deny that anti immigration feeling is strong and growing. Over twice as many people voted BNP than for Labour, explain that.
  14. So the year on year growth of the far right isn't reflective of a growing anger? Before 1997 there wasn't a single BNP councillor. Before 1997 there wasn't a single BNP menber of the European parliament. So what has happened since 1997 to change all that Top Gun?
  15. Where have i said he was a one issue politician? Where have I said that? I'm saying that in my opinion his was a visionary on the effects of mass migration, so I ask you again, was he right in your opinion?
  16. Top Gun I believe that Enoch Powell was a visionary, do you? He was also a Conservative. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-38a09H0HI0
  17. Boundary changes have included more rural areas where the Conservative Party is at it's strongest.
  18. Watch the News, listen to what people are saying. Gillian Duffys views are normal views, immigration is a massive massive issue to many people. You may not like it, but that's just tough. You're going to have to learn to accept it.
  19. It's those who deny that immigration is big issue that are not living in the real world. And I tell you what it's going to become a bigger and bigger issue over the coming years.
  20. I raise you David Milliband. I can't stand him either. The younger Labour MP's are all so smug and arrogant.
  21. No, i've ignored your PM's because if I respospond it'll only encourage you to send more and i'm not remotely interested in what you've had to say. Sorry to be blunt.

I genuinely think The Conservatives and the liberals will do better than the polls suggest in terms of seats. The Conservative vote is holding up in the the Con-Lib marginals (as suggested by the Guradian) and the real brunt of the swing against Labour will see the left wing vote split in many areas helping the Conservatives win seats from Labour that wouldn't have been expected.
  24. Well let's hope they've seen plenty of him during this campaign because the more people see of Ed Balls the more dislikeable he becomes.
