  1. We have bought players that get into our side. We've also strengthened our squad, which most agreed was needed. And I understand Koeman's frustration, and I think some of our transfer activity not great, but we're balancing debts, a huge investment on the training ground for example. He seemed to think that going forward our approach could change, as the club is growing, which is true.
  2. No "hurrah" really, not the words of the happiest of managers.
  3. No its not. Did you watch Spurs v West Ham for example? West Ham for a London derby or against Man Utd? Swansea for their big games? Norwich sounded decent against Arsenal yesterday. Stoke and Everton for big games make a proper bit of noise.
  4. Plenty of Premier League clubs would have a good atmosphere for such a fixture, without clappers or ultras. 1/4 cup game, under lights, against a side/club that is pretty heavily disliked, it should be decent.
  5. Which games have we been dire as an attacking threat?
  6. Don't tell me you've forgotten your own personal breakdown on here in the summer 2014 on the state of club.
  7. My point is quite straight forward, but just for your simple self, Koeman has achieved more than MP, in harder circumstances.
  8. Right, I'm with you now, what they achieve with the resources and situation they have isn't important, it's having 'more about them' that matters.
  9. Despite us achieving more under Koeman?
  10. So, no-one has been able to provide evidence or an argument for MP giving young players more of a chance than Koeman. Probably didn't need 2 pages to work that out though.
  11. Can't think of many quieter away followings in the Premier League than ours. City were alright yesterday, better than a lot of the big clubs when we play them.
  12. Who are all the youngsters MP blooded?
  13. Terrible effort. Learn to spell at least.
  14. Still unenlightened.
  15. Fair enough, so you do agree that there haven't been great changes, which was my original post.
  16. As above.
  17. Britain 2015 right there http://www.telegraph.co.uk/education/educationnews/12019906/Madrassas-to-face-tougher-regulation-amid-Government-plans-for-clampdown.html
  18. People don't try and use losing their own job for justification that austerity is too severe and is having a large impact on British life.
  19. What does that have to do with anything? Because someone is losing their job we can't have a view on austerity. Dry your eyes.
  20. So you agree, no great changes. Far too many are employed by the public sector anyway.
  21. What great changes of public spending has there been?
  22. Who do you think should have been blooded by Koeman that hasn't been? Who do you think MP blooded that Koeman wouldn't? Or who do you think MP blooded for us full stop? Consider yourself now enlightened.
  23. Spot on. There's no real austerity.
  24. Cost is a factor and definitely doesn't help, but often even cheap tickets don't sell quickly. I think its more to do with many years of over officious stewarding and policing, slowly but surely making it less of a laugh and a good day out for a lot of lads. Look at that letter that was sent to the Itchen North, a good example of football club's attitudes to livelier elements of support.
  25. Also the option of train via Cambridge, which means no buses and is a decent stop for a beer.
