Gutted for Huddersfield, they were resilient during the run in, but they had too many draws and seem to have been a team to defend and hope for a goal on the break? Not a great strategy against Peterborough, but what is I suppose... If we got CMS i'd be chuffed. He's like Barnard but with much more pace. I'll never forget seeing him burst past Seaborne, who was miles ahead of him at the time, and slot the ball past Davis.

Stephens will turn out to be a decent buy I reckon, if he is let off the leash like he was at Oldham, scoring long-rangers as a result. Has potential and will cost pennies, presumably. I'm still certain we will see another CM signed with higher quality. Dale is a good backup to have.

Look, it's obvious to everyone that you don't rate Richardson. Many other players have made mistakes, like Jaidi, David and even Fonte from time to time. There's no need to berate him, especially when he barely gets a run in the RB slot before being rotated out. He's decent enough, and was very good against Walsall IMO. He didn't get in the L1 team of the year last year ahead of players like Russell Martin, Calderon and Lee Peltier for no reason.

Good day out and it was nice to be able to give the players a sending off with their lap if honour. Guly was oozing quality. Paul Williams is morbidly obese.
