I don’t understand where Ralph has suddenly got this idea from that Redmond can play as a striker, has he been speaking to Puel? 🤣 The whole Redmond thing is a puzzle, when he came back from injury he was on the bench, even at Old Trafford when he had been back a while and we were scrabbling for fit players. Then all of a sudden he’s front and centre and key to how we set up !

The main difference between the Cedric and Valery loans is that Cedric was on big wages so there was some financial sense in the decision. Valery must be one of the lowest paid in the squad so the savings must be minimal.

To be fair he hasn’t/isn’t making much of a fist of it, he is in the history books as captain of a team that’s not only lost 9-0 for the second time in 18 months (yes I know he wasn’t captain for the first one) but now holds the club records of most consecutive league defeats and counting going by the next three fixtures.

Yeah and this argument that they aren’t very good only goes so far. The truth is they are options, options we have removed from the table. I’m no fan of Valery but he’s played what, 40 Prem League matches and it’s his position. No matter how average or poor he can be he’s not any worse than Stephens playing right back or god forbid Moussa or Redmond playing right wing back. TBH the Leicester 9-0 was as a result of his actions as well. This is why I'm surprised they have overturned the latest Dean balls up because it brings his competence even more into question. Of course the death threats will make any action against him go away I'm sure.....

I just think the fact we had jolly Jack playing as emergency right back, therefore taking away one of our better attacking options shows what a complete and utter fuck up it was not getting one in during the transfer window. We had 30 days to get it done and ended up running around like bloody idiots with a few hours left and failing badly. The sooner KWP is back the better.

They won’t over turn this one. If they do they have to take Dean and Mason out of the firing line and I don’t believe they would be prepared to do that.
