The 5 year plan suggests money will be made available to strengthen and as has been said we should attract some really good players. If Norwich go up and Peterbro fail in the play offs I see no reason why we couldnt get Craig Maickal Smith. They wouldnt want him in the prem I wouldnt have thought.
